People think that if your gothic/emo you cut. Uhm, no.
I'm the girl that laughs all the time.I'm considered as "preppy."
No one would ever think that I cut.
It's usually the happiest people that have the saddest lives.
You aren't weak if you cut. You aren't looking for attention.
You're looking for a way to just release.
You can't really explain it. You have no idea how much pain you have to be in to drag a blade across your skin. No one will ever understand your pain.
You cut if you're ugly,cut if you're alone,cut if you're down,cut just to feel something.
Because you get to the point where you are so sad you just feel empty.

You never really understand cutting/self-harm until you do it.
People who've never self -harmed are always like, "Never cut you're beautiful!"
"I'm here for you!" "You need to stop!People love you!"
But you realize that not everyone is really there for you.
That there are people who will never feel beautiful and you'll never understand it.
Self-harm is a way of dealing with things. Obviously not the best way.
You get to the point where you cut just feel something. Anything.
You never tell anyone. Because either they would freak out and make you stop,
or there is just really no one there.
You don't cry because it's a sign of weakness.
But when you're all alone, all of those thoughts come to you.
You overthink. You think of all you've done wrong and you just can't snap out of it.
You just think you're never gonna be good enough;for anything.
And you self-harm and that's your cry..
You just get to the point where you feel empty.
And you can't explain why.
