I use mynetdiary it's an app I have on my iPod and you can acess it from a computer too :) also, work out lots, I use to find YouTube videos and just work out with them. Also I follow weight loss stuff on Instagram and lots of the stuff helps :) also I agree with livingmylife, if possible go talk to a dieteician, it's there job to help people lose weight :) but don't starve yourself, it slows your metabolism and doesn't help you gain weight. I wish you the best of luck :)

I just watched it and I sent it to my friend to show her the reality of this and I found the courage to also explain what I went through with anorexia and hopefully she watchs it and goes through a successful recovery :)

Im glad it helped (^.^) I was anorexic a couple years ago, refused to eat anything and kept low calories, I love food too much now for my own good, I hope the recovery goes well.

I think this is an amazing idea although I think comments would work just as well as an email and then people could see comments from others therefore helping them right at the moment instead of after you finish the book :)

Ive donated my hair once before and im growing it again, all my life I wanna do this cause I find its a simple way to help someone, I grow it down to about my butt and then cut to shoulder length, it takes four years for me to grow it that long so I just gotta wait 2 more years to cut it then start all over again :D I cant wait and its amazing that you did that to make a small difference and you should grow it out again and cut it :)

I don't think you truly know what it means,
You have driven them to actually think about not living anymore,
No prom night,
For her no fairy tale wedding,
For him no "boys night out" or game day with the guys,
No perfect family,
They wish they once had,
No watching their children grow up,
No knowing what it's like to grow old,
You have actually made their life flash before their eyes,
And not just that,
They can't tell anyone about it,
Because they are scared of what others think,
And what about their family?
You know the people that actually love them and care about them,
Imagine one day your parents found you in the bathroom a bottle of pills in your hand or a rope around your neck.
Your mom wouldn't be able to stand,
Your dad trying to stay strong for your mom but can't hold back the tears,
Imagine that,
Your little brothers and sister wondering,
Consitently wonder where their role model went,
Soon to follow in your foot steps,
Or your older brother or sister consitently beating themselves up,
Blaming it on themselves,
Thinking maybe that one time the made a joke,
You didn't take it as one,
You need to stop and think,
Your not just killing one person,
Inside the whole family is dead.
So please the next time you make some rude comment to "the weird girl" OR "that ugly guy",
Think about what I have just said,
You could save a life
