Once In A Lifetime
Chapter 1
The alarm clock sounded at 4:00 o’clock am. You had to be at the airport at 5:00 am as the plane left at 7. Once you arrived, there were already in line to check in Mary (your cousin) along with their parents. While you waited, you and Mary were talking about how excited you were to go to this trip. You never had the opportunity to go on a cruise and this was the first time. When you got to the counter they gave you your boarding passes.
-Gate B- Said the lady at the counter.
The first thing you did inside Gate B was go to the duty free section. You searched for the magazines, you wanted to buy any magazine that had One Direction in it, since you were a big fan. You looked at them and grabbed “Tiger Beat”, your favorite one. You got it and paid. Seconds later you heard that someone through the airport speaker said: “Passengers going to Barcelona please board by door 11.”
The cruise would leave from Europe so you had to fly to Barcelona and then get on the cruise there. When you got to the plane, you searched for your seat: 7A. You sat, you leaned your head on the window and put on your iPod’s playlist with 1D songs and fell completely asleep.
“We arrived!” Mary said waking you up. Apparently you were so tired that you slept during all the flight.
You got off the plane and collected your luggages. After that, you picked up a cab and went straight to the hotel where you were staying: “Eurostars Grand Marina Barcelona.”
It was only 2:45 pm so you decided to go out and eat something and then to the mall.
While you were in the mall, Mary and you begged your parents to give you money so you could go shopping. While you were in H&M you started listening a lot of noise across the hallway. You looked outside the shop and noticed many paparazzis following a group of boys. You ran to see who they were but there were so many people that you couldnt see anything.
When the night arrived, you got back to the hotel to have some rest. You began to have a bit of jetlag and that caused you to be too tired and at the same time excited about getting on the cruise tomorrow.
The next morning you woke up around 11 am. You had to hurry because you could only board the ship until 2 pm.
When you arrived to the bay you noticed the number of people who would get on the cruise too, there were a lot. The size of the cruise was really big, you never imagined it like this.
-Gosh! Look at that hottie over there! Mary said referring to a hot guy behind you.
-Woww, I know this will be one of the best trips of my life. You reply with a big smile on your face.
Inside the cruise they gave you a card that said:

It said the time for dinner, your table, and it was your registration on the boat.
You went to your cabin which you were sharing with Mary, it was the room 7146 so it was on the floor 7.
It was a small room, the closet was on the left and the bathroom on the right. At the back, there was a large mirror on the wall and infront a little couch with a TV. Also there was a doubled bed with two night desks at each side. And the best of all, it had a balcony with two lounge chairs.
You decided to unpack fast to get to know the whole ship. On the floor 1, 2 and 3 were the bedrooms of the ship crew. From 4 to 10 the passengers’ cabins. Each floor had a parlor except 8 and 9 where they were the library and the wifi room. There were too many restaurants, elegant and casual. The cruise also had several pools, water slides, courts, arcade room, miniature golf, climbing wall, a theater, a cinema, and more.
You took one of the magazines of the entrance, which contained the daily activities for teens as both of you were 16 years old. The first activity was the introduction to know each other and would be done in the Fuel (teens club). You arrived to the Fuel and there were about 20 teens already.
You decided to go inside. All greeted you warmly, and you sit on the couch. Suddenly 5 guys came in, and one said: “Vas Happenin’!” When you heard it you turned around and noticed that the 5 guys you loved the most were infront of you. You couldnt believe it! ONE DIRECTION ON YOUR CRUISE.
