Yes... I do...I understand VERY much! I looked into pills as well but I was afraid of what could happen to me! It isnt safe so I'm trying to do it the healthy way. Every single day I consider going back. And lets make a pact. If you go back, then so will I. But if you wont, then I wont! Lets get through this together. Step by step! We can eat healthier foods and go running and do crunches and stuff! We can stay strong and get through this :)

I understand it may be hard. Trust me! I'm a perfect example! Over the summer I lost 20 pound in 3 months because i would only eat 500 calories each day. I know what its like! Every night I pick out clothes to wear the next day and cry while doing so because I hate my appearance. My parents MADE me gain weight back and all thats done is draw tears on my face. But if I can get back on track, then so can you. You dont have to try to impress anyone or look a certain way because you think people will like you better. I know people say "its all about personality" and that true! But I understand that you feel like your weight will affect how people judge you. You shouldn't change for anyone! You are who you are and that person is an amazing, caring and beautiful young girl! You're perfect just the way you are. And know that God never gives you more than you can handle. He is carrying you the whole way and is always there for you. I'm not sure if you know who god is, but I would be MORE than happy to talk to you about him. Plus, I can help you with whatever it is you are going through. That's why I'm here! We can get through this...together :) You are so much stronger than you think! Never forget that! I'll be praying for you :)
