You can't just tell him; you have to show him. Give him examples of why he's not these things and how happy he makes you. For example, say something like "You're not ugly; you're eyes are to die for." Hope this helps! ♥ reply

you should tell him that right now he is his own worst enemy by critising himself and it seems like hes a little (or alot) insecure so just comfort him and tell him to stop saying bad things about himself because I know that your none of those things and u have to trust me becuase I am your girlfriend and I'm not just saying that, i really believe it and i dont want you thinking that way because they are all a bunch of lies reply
