ahhh thats a toughie! well. i would honestly just talk to him a lot more. flirt and stuff, maybe show him what he's missing. as you become really good friends with him again, IF hes still dating her, tell him everyone's been saying they're better off broken up because shes really rude and a jerk a stuff. don't mention you like him until your almost positive they are BROKEN UP or he reeeaallly likes you back(if hes flirting back and whatnot)
