Hey I'm a country girl but im also kind of...well really depressed. I love supporting people, and making others happy but i don't get the favor returned. I keep to myslef mainly so thats probably why. The thing is no one knows the things i go through or the things i do to survive. My biggest fear is my friends and family finding out. I know if i want help i should tell them but im so afriad of what they might say. I know i shouldn't cut but i mean it's my way of coping. I guess it's better then me commiting suicide. right? Help me someone....

    1. a year, i started because the guy i really liked played me....but thats not the bad part. He started messaging me everyday and telling me that no one would are if i died and that i should kill myself, that im really ugly, no guy will want me.... He's even dumped an icee on my head... :/ to this day i still get called/ told all those things.
    2. The part most affected is my wrists and upper thighs....
    3. I honestly don't have any motivation to recover.
    4. i guess id consider myself addicted. considering i cant stop even when i try.
    5. the fact that i get judged when others find out and thabits hard to stop
    6. the relief i find when i do it
