The past? Is in the past. It's there to learn from, like an old textbook. But it's one of those useful ones, not those ones that get put into your locker, never to be opened. But you? You treat it as if it were one of those textboks. And because of it, you're ruining the present, US. You're ruining the future, US.

Remember when all we wore on our faces were smiles?
Remember when all you worried about was falling and scraping your knee?
Remember when your mom and dad were the strongest people in the world?
Somewhere along the way we grew up and lost ourselves. Sometimes, I find bits and pieces and wish, for a day, to go back and feel what it was like and enjoy it more than I did back then.
