Tired of your school's insane dress code? Do they even SELL tanks with straps the width of a dollar bill? If you're bummed you can't wear your favorite summery top on those August scorchers, try these tips:
Straps:
If you can't wear your shirt because the straps are too thin, try an oversized cardigan. You can leave it off on the way to school, and since school is air-conditioned, you can wear it all day. Cute and cozy!
Low cut:
Sure, you're shirt was cute for a day at the beach, but maybe it's a little too risky for school. Layer a cute cami under it.

A messy bun for every occasion!
Sports: Add a headband, prewrap, or bobby pins to tame flyaways. Mist hairspray for all day hold.
School: Leave your bangs out if you have them, or French braid them back. Tie a ribbon around the bun or add a cute flower clip.
Formal: Leaving your bangs in or out, add a large, delicate clip to the bun, perhaps with some fake pearls in it.
*Extra tips: Be creative! Tug at your bun, really mess it up. You can always use bobby pins of too many pieces fall out.

Straight hair making it impossible to get those gorgeous dolly curls? The solution is, and I'm not kidding, a hair straightener.
This hairstyle works best when done on day-old hair, but if you can't stand it not being freshly washed, it should work fine either way. Take a one inch strand of hair and clamp your straightener on it as if you were going to straighten your hair normally. However, before you move down the hair, twist your straightener 360 degrees so your hair wraps all the way around the straightener. Continue down the rest of your hair. Hair straighteners get hotter than curling irons, and the motion used seems to give the curl a better hold.
*Note: This takes A LOT of practice. This video by Bubzbeauty ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0iB4Sp3zdqE) help to see how it's done. Practice while your straightener is off until you get the hang of it to prevent burning your hair.

Rant about ACNE
If I had a quarter for every time someone asked to play connect the dots on my face, I'd be a VERY rich girl.
Note to ignorant people: I wash my face. Twice a day. Just like you (hopefully). I'm not dirty or gross. I went to every dermatologist, and I tried everything they could give me. Nothing works.
I'm done being ashamed. If you don't like the way I look, then just look away. I have acne. Deal with it.
Because I'm beautiful just the way I am.
