It isn't touchy-feely, it's text. Unless you were touching someone/being touched, it isn't touchy-feely. But if someone said this to you and you've told them to stop or they know you don't like it, it is definite sexual harassment. Or if the roles are switched and you're doing that to someone. It is sexual harassment and someone should be told before it gets worse. reply

I don't fully understand what's going on here, but you should at least try to give her more patience... maybe help her learn how to make friends and act around people. she needs some love, and she needs someone to show her that they truly care about her. reply
