That must be hard. You could possibly try to get your mum or friends to understand, I feel helpless as I can't really do much without actually talking to you in real life. I suggest seeing a proffesional who knows how to deal with things like this. I'm sorry that I can't help much, fear is a different thing to everyone so it might be difficult for other people to understand. Feel free to talk to me as much as you like and I'll try to give you the best advice I can. Also, I live in England so I probably will reply slower as of the time difference. :) reply

I know it isn't simple, but you will get there eventually. Get yourself distracted from it, your mind or brain is just trying to fool you. Talk to someone close about it, talking helps. Maybe have a sleepover or something, if you're not alone in a room it may help :) reply

Well the next step: Either attempt to face it, how do you know that you died in the dream, maybe it is possibly just when the dream ends? It may take time but if you really don't want to face it right now, you can watch a movie or videos that will take 'her' off your mind. :) reply

We have a lot in common I suppose then! England is rainy..... It doesn't feel like summer at all, in fact it's like autumn. I guess England is quite nice if you ever isited it, but when you live there it gets boring - nothing great really happens. :) reply

I gave you credit for it, but I put it in to the 'Dear' and 'Sincerely' type of quote. It says that I have given credit to you at the bottom of the quote anyway :) reply
