Crying
They hear you scream in the middle of the night
neighbors turn their backs and switch off their light
the purple wounds start to show again
you hide your face and hope to get away from that man
You hold your tears 'cuz they make him turn red
if you cry he'll feel bad and it'll make him go mad
with his regrets and his fear he'll embrace
and harder, harder he will strike to your face
you hold, and you take, you take it every day
and you hide, hide inside, what is really in play
'cuz you're more afraid of the pain
than of going insane
its okay, its alright you'll get out some night
and with that, you'll go and be... the one with all the fight.

I got this fish. It died after twenty minutes in my care. It's soo obvious I should grow up to have a daycare center. Anyone need to get a rid of a kid for awhile?!

you know that no one is actually proud
you can count the times youve been out on one hand
and nobody even knows your favorite band
yea, you bringing a new meaning to being unique
the only money you've got is from your grandma's antiques
your scars tell no story they're just there
in hopes that someone would actually care
youve gotta awkward personality and never been kissed

You cause me stress you make me cry
you're a jerk and I want to die
but I realize now that I dont need this pain
yea, I set fire to the rain
I turned the tables, how's it feel?
Now im boss, down you kneel
lets play it my way you wont win
lets see if you'll play a girl like that again
with your heart broken you'll walk around
oh the players been played got your head in the ground
learn your lesson like I learned mine
broken up and outta time
you messed with the wrong girl, baby

The eyes peer at her like the predator to its prey
don't be crazy, youre fine they'd say
Dark shadows whip past
and leave a deep gash
no one believes she doesnt control them
her family's trust in her starts to look thin
"I wish you'd stop cutting for christmas", they'd say
and laughing and lolling the shadows would again come out to play
"lets move away, Im not safe here"
"youre insane, you need help, dear"
"help me, help me I dont want these scars"
"Darling, oh darling, youve gone way too far"
needles and pills fill every vein
never will she be able to think again
the doctors didnt count, overdosed her by a lot
her best friend is the only one who fought
The next week mum slept in the room without fright
and awoke with gashes and scars from the night
Crying, she choked and knew she should have belived
her baby wasn't lying she needed to listen to her plee
Mom and dad moved away far from that house
and not once not at all did guilt ever arouse.

Moral of the story...Listen to people...even if they sound insane!

You sit down and feel like youre about to die
pace to the window and look to the sky
pray to a god you hardly believe in
but know truthfully now you need him
days pass and nothing turns out right
you start to believe your refliction is a horrid sight
you cry, mirror mirror lie to me
show me what I wish to see.
The person starring back at you angers you further
breaks your head into all kinds of murmurs
your heart crumbles and mind attacks
on the outside silence takes over and fills all the cracks
cover it up with a smile so tight
No one can guess whats actually right
go home and tame the screams with a blade
drag it across and restart the shame
fill your soul with confessions of the twisted
and everyone looks past and just misses it.
