Anger never solves anything. It only makes things worse.
PROPER anger management:
P - Pause
R - Remember that anger is destructive, not constructive
O - Observe how you are feeling, are you being rational or emo; are you taking it personally?
P - Prepare to respond to the threat without anger (THINK)
E - Engage the person calmly
R - Respond in a calm and civilized way
Try this on your parents. It will make them feel childish.

Happiness does not depend on the opinions of other people.
In order to be happy, you must discover who you truly and uniquely are.
Live that life and not the popular life others call you to live.
Find people that are strong enough to swim away from the crowd.
Happiness is rooted in serving other people. If one serves only one's self,
One will not know true happiness. As we serve other's we discover our true self.
We connect our true self to others and feel our worth and value.
Happiness is easy to attain if we focus on a life of gratitude and giving.
