My boyfriend doesn't like romantic things, but he knows I do.
On my birthday he brought a bunch of roses and chick flicks that we could watch until we fell asleep.

My boyfriend and I met at a party.
One guy said he was sad his girlfriend didn't think she was pretty.
I told him most girls don't think we are pretty- even me.
James told me I was pretty without hesitation.
It has been 10 months now and every morning I get a text saying "Good morning beautiful."

When my sister was younger she came home from school one day and demanded we go to the library so she could get books on sign language.
I asked why? She told me there was a new kid in school who was deaf and she wanted to befriend him.
Today I stood beside her at their wedding day and watched her sign 'I DO'

She has Autism, she is four.
She's my baby cousin, doctors told me she's wouldn't talk or respond to her name being called so they told us to be patient with her.
Today I called her name, she ran to me and hugged me, with her beautiful smile. Doctors didn't expect that, did they?

My baby cousin found a picture of my grandma and asked where she lives.
I said, heaven and he asked where to find it, I pointed to the sky and he asked me for a ladder.

In 1989, this lady was told by several doctors that she can't have any kids because she was paralyzed from the chest down.
Three months later she met this man and fell in love. In 1994 they had a baby girl. My mother died three years ago, but I carry on her genes. Them trying and their love!

My first semester of college was terribly lonely.
One night there was a knock on my door, I looked outside and there were roses in the hallway with notes telling me to go down the hall and etc. I followed the instructions. At the end of the trail was my boyfriend, waiting to take me home for the weekend.

My best friend has sent almost everyone a postcard from France, besides me.
Last night at 11, the door rang. Standing there was him, with a postcard in his hand. I read it.
It said, "I was planning how I was going to ask you out, I thought this would do." I said yes.

Today, my sister and mom had a bad experience at a hair dresser's.
The guy gave my sister a bad haircut, then proceeded to yell at my mom. When they both came home crying, my 3 year old brother headed for the door.
Wondering what he was doing, I asked. His response? "I'm going to beat that guy up!"

I have been dealing with an eating disorder for 2 and a half years.
A little kid I babysit asked me why I was so skinny and I told him I don't eat alot. The first thing he told me was that he wanted me to get better so I could be his babysitter forever and ran into the kitchen and made me a bowl of his spagettio's. Kids who care for others

My boyfriend was hanging out with his friends, and he still wanted to call and say goodnight
While we were on the phone, one of his friends yelled "What happened to bro's before hoes?"
He laughed, and said "She's not a hoe, so she comes first"

As we were walking down the street my friend noticed a group of older boys ganging up on a boy that was younger.
We saw that the older kids had slashed both of the little kids bike tires. Just as they were about to beat up on him my friend stepped in and scared them off.
He then went and bought the boy new tires,& candy bar.

Last year I was diagnosed with Leukemia.
When I told my boyfriend, he told me it was going to be all right. I started receiving chemotherapy, and soon after my hair fell out.
Everyday, he looks at me and tells me how beautiful I am. Did I mention he shaved all his hair off to support me?

I went to Africa to help build an Orphan school when I saw a kid sitting on his own.
I walked up and gave him half of my sandwich, and he ran away.
Secretly following him around the corner, I saw him break it into small pieces and share it with his whole class of 20.
Sharing the little he had.

A little girl was dying of cancer and her younger brother had a match for the bone marrow she needed.
The doctors told him it was a matter of life and death. After he had the surgery, he asked the doctors how long he had to live. He thought if he gave his bone marrow to let his sister live he would die but he did it anyway.

I was at a pool party the other day when my six-year-old female cousin runs up to this other girl and says,
"Hey, want to play boyfriend with me?
I'll be the boy and you be the girl!" The parents instantly stepped in and said, "Hey, you can't play boyfriend with another girl!"
She just looked up at them, very confused. Kids without homophobia.
