Hey guys!
So this is Emma, and I am going to write stories on this account!
Lizzie is taking a break from writing, so it's just me.
If you aren't following my other account, you should!
emz17lover
I love to write, and I hope you like my stories!

Well Hello beautiful!(: I'm Emma, out of the old duo of Emma and Lizzie on this channel. Lizzie
is writing on her own channel, 1DForLyfe now though, so it's just me, and my writing.
I'm a 15 year old girl, who loves to dream in this messed up world. I know I write
about One Direction, and I'm a huge fan. Not that surprising right? I didn't start out as a fan though. I gradually grew into one.
I'm mostly a fan of pop singers, like Justin Bieber, Cody Simpson, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus,
Avril Lavigne, Maroon 5, ect. Yes, I'm one of those girls. :)
 I’ve seen Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift in concert, and seen Cody Simpson 4 times in concert, and I
met him for the first time his summer, which was the BEST.TIME.EVER. And later this year, I'm actually going to see Justin in concert! FINALLY!!!!!
I have a website that I write on, http://www.escapetoparadice.weebly.com, and it would be great
if you check it out and tell me what you think! I love all the readers that read on this channel,
and also on my other and main profile, emz17lover. I love having people read what I write. I just can’t wait till
I’m done with school, can sit home alone in pajamas all day, have some tea, and write to my heart’s content. I just CAN’T wait.
Well, hope you all enjoy! Anyway I'll stop blubbering and boring you guys, letting you get on with your life. Dream, believe, and live you guys! xx

    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 19
    Brooke's POV
    We pulled up to a small venue downtown, and things started to feel fishier as we parked the car, surrounded by many, many girls, younger and older.
    "Guys, what the h/ll are we doing here?"
    Haley glanced back at me and snickered, Ellen nervously bit her lip.
    "Well, someone's having a concert and-"
    I looked back at the many girls and noticed their shirts, seeing the neon colors of their shirts, the large letter D catching my eye.
    "Oh no, no no no."
    I said, sitting farther back into my seat and shaking my head violently.
    "Please Brooke?"
    "No way am I getting out of this car and going in there. I can't stand seeing Niall yet and you guys know this."
    Haley turned and looked at me with sad eyes, pratically pleading me to get out of the car.
    "Please B? It'll help you cope. I promise."
    Sighing, I glanced back over at the line of girls eagerly awaiting to get inside and see the boys. When I turned back to them, I saw Ellen had pulled out three tickets, the seats actually pretty close to the stage.
    "How did you get those?"
    She shrugged, sticking them back into her purse and handing me a special card on a necklace chain, and I lifted it up to see "VIP PASS" printed on it.
    "VIP's too?"
    "Wellll...."
    She said, drifting off and biting her lip, her eyes glancing around the car; I suddenly realized.
    "You faked these and expect us to get in?"
    "Well it's just when you get to the front of the line Niall will see you and I bet he will let you in or say to the people that he know's you or something."
    She blurted out quickly. I shook my head and undid the car buckle, shaking my head as I got out of the Jeep, slamming the door shut.
    "El, this isn't a story. It's not going to be cheesy and magical like that."
    She didn't reply, but looked down and walked along side with me and Haley, where we went to the end of the endless line, where we were left waiting to see what would happen. Endless situations passed by my brain as we inched our way to the front, where the bald man took out tickets and let us in, directing us into the way of where our seats were.
    As I sat down, I sighed and looked around anxiously, my legs slightly bouncing up and down as I glanced at the stage, thinking about how Niall would be there soon; the love that left my heart to bleed on the ground back in England. Hopefully this concert would pass quickly so the pain wouldn't linger for very long.
    so the story will end soon. Hope you guys are still enjoying it though! Love you all.

    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 18
    ~~~FIVE WEEKS LATER~~~
    "Brooke, perk up." My best friend Haley told me, rolling her eyes and nudging my shoulder.
    I glanced over at her, my arms uncrossing and falling off my chest.
    "What do you mean?"
    My other best friend Ellen laughed, reaching down and tugging on my arm.
    "Get off your a/s and come with us!" She said, tugging me up.
    "Where are we going?"
    It had been weeks since I last saw Niall, but only days that my mind has been cleared of the sad, lost memories that haunted my mind. On the outside I was fine; happy and free, mingling and going on date once in a while. But on the inside I was slowly burning with the thought that if I hadn't told Niall, we could of tried a long distance relationship. I didn't get a phone call, text, letter, nothing that connected me to him one more time. He hadn't given me a second thought after I left. That killed me.
    "Well, get dressed and then we'll tell you."
    They scurried off into my room, only leaving me to get up and follow behind them. I put on my fake smile, walking into the room and looking at the clothes laid out on my bed.
    "Come on," Haley said, motioning to the clothes.
    "Get dressed."
    I laughed, reaching over and grabbing the outfit before going to the bathroom.
    "You know, I don't like being ordered around." I said before closing the door.
    I slipped on the tight, plain tee shirt and jeans, throwing the white scarf over my shoulder and pushing on the gold bracelets that went with it.
    I walked back out, watching them as they came over and attacked me with makeup brushes and hairties.
    "Hey, what-?" I asked as I was pushed down onto the bed, Ellen speeding to do my makeup and Haley's hands tugging and pulling on my hair lightly, tieing it into a messy bun. She leaned back and squinted her eyes at me, looking at me up and down. She smiled and told Ellen to stop; that I was finished. Ellen got off the bed and looked down at me, a small smile on her face.
    "What are you guys up to?"
    I asked with a suspicious look on my face. They both glanced at each other and a conversation took place that I couldn't understand, just giving each other a small look.
    "Just come with us."
    Ellen said in a low tone, motioning towards the door. I stood up and followed them out to the car, my mind still fuzzy and completely confused. Where ever they we taking me, I hope it was something that wasn't dangerous.
    so the story will end soon. Hope you guys are still enjoying it though! Love you all.
    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 18
    Brooke's POV
    "So you didn't think I would of remembered? What, did you think I turned into a jackass just because I became famous?" Niall snapped at me, surprisingly mad at what I had said; something I didn't want to have happen.
    "No. I just, well, I don't know." I stuttered as I tried to come up with a good explanation, but wasn't really getting anywhere. Niall then let out a deep breath, clearly annoyed.
    "Your flight's going to leave soon. You should go." he muttered quickly, looking down at the ground before glancing back up at me.
    "Niall, please-" I started, but he interrupted me before I could finish.
    "We're not ready for a long distance relationship. You weren't even honest with me the whole time we were together." he said, and I started crying. The tears fell down my cheek, making me look like a complete idiot in front of the whole airport, but I didn't care. I couldn't believe how all of this was going down, spiraling out of control.
    "Whatever. I deserve to be with someone who cares about me." I barked at him, trying to show him how I didn't care what he thought, even though I truely did, and walked away. I didn't even look back once, because I knew I would of been greeted with only angry looks from him. I didn't want to remember things like that. That would make things worse.
    Niall was a part of my past now, again. And I don't plan on him being a part of my future.
    When my flight landed in America, I was happy to be back home.
    Although it wasn't my home, and I knew that. My home would always be back in England. But thinking of England made me think of Niall, and I didn't want to.
    I can't believe what happened at the airport. I thought he would understand.
    I told Chris what went down on the plane ride home, and he felt bad.
    After all, he kind of pressured me into telling Niall. But he was right. If I left England and didn't tell Niall, it would have made things even worse. It was better to tell the truth sometime instead of hiding it forever.
    That thought made me think of how my friend said Niall went to her dad's club and asked a lot of questions about me. He wasn't the only one that was hiding the truth. I felt so stupid; realizing why he was asking. He wanted clarification if it was only him that remembered our happy past.
    My heart sunk as I thought about the annoyed look on his face at the airport, the last facial expression he gave me before I left him. Why would he get so upset so quickly?
    Maybe he was just too upset that we didn't actually get a real goodbye. I mean, we had an hour and a half after Chris called me. That's not really the most time to do something romantic and memorible to make the goodbye less painful.
    We didn't even get closure. We didn't even get a last kiss. Everything was left off unfinished, and that killed me inside.
    so the story will end soon. Hope you guys are still enjoying it though! Love you all.
    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 17
    Brooke's POV
    "I have to leave today." I said, not believing the words that came out of my mouth.
    "Today? Why didn't you tell me earlier?" he asked, suddenly upset.
    "Because I didn't know! Chris just called and said out flight's at nine." I replied.
    "That's in an hour and a half Brooke! We have to leave right now." he said.
    I grabbed all of my luggage and put on my coat before saying goodbye to the boys. It was emotional and sad, but I got their numbers so we could keep in touch.
    Then Niall drove me to the airport and we met up with Chris there.
    "So obviously you can't come through security with me." I said to Niall.
    "I'll go wait at the gate, just make sure you don't miss the plane." Chris said to me.
    I looked into Niall's eyes and smiled. He smiled back at me.
    In this moment, everything seemed perfect. But things were about to change.
    "Niall, earlier tonight, you said I could tell you anything. I should have told you this earlier, but I just didn't have the guts to." I started off.
    "We've become so close ever since we first met at the airport. But I have a confession." I said, and my heart was racing. I was about to tell him.
    "What? What do you need to tell me?" he asked anxiously.
    "The airport wasn't the first time I met you." I said, and he looked confused.
    "You mean, we knew each other before?" he asked, trying to figure it out.
    "Niall, we used to be best friends. Back before I moved to the states."
    "Why wouldn't you tell me? Why would you lie?" he asked.
    "I didn't know how you would take it. I thought you would hate me." I replied.
    "Well I don't. I'm just disappointed that you didn't think you could tell me."
    "I don't think you have a right to be mad here. I think I do. Considering you forgot who your best friend was." I shot back, tears in my eyes. His face suddenly changed, and he looked shocked.
    "I didn't forget who you were Brooke. I thought you forgot about who I was!"
    I took a step back, my eyes widening. This was all a big bombshell landing on me. I felt like I was in a Twilight Zone episode. He actually did remember me?
    "How come you didn't tell me?" I asked him as I still recovered from his statement, and then watched him let out a scoff.
    "Why didn't you tell me?"
    There was no good answer to that. I didn't know if he wanted to hear the truth, but he loved me enough that I knew he could handle it. I could tell by the look in his eyes.
    "I didn't want to know that you didn't remember me. I could barely handle you acting like you didn't, but if I told you about us and you still didn't remember..."
    I took a deep breath, lifting my shaky hand to brush a piece of hair away.
    "I don't know what I would of done."
    so the story will probably end soon because as we said last chapter, it was supposed to be a christmas story, and now we're in february, so... fave!
    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 16
    Brooke's POV
    Niall and I had been going strong for the days we spent together. We tried to spend as much time as possible together, just keeping the little fact that we we’re going to have to part ways eventually in the back of our brains.
    “Try it.” Niall said to me, shoving a pastry at my face.
    We were at his loft with the rest of the guys, which was very close to my hotel that I was staying at. Chris had brought Maria to the hotel room a day or two ago, so to avoid the awkward situation of being like a third wheel, I asked Niall if I could stay at their place.
    Leaning away from the food that was inches from being shoved against my fashion glasses, I took the soft bread in between my fingers and took a bite. My eyes widened as I looked back at Niall, a big smirk on his face.
    “Like it?” I instantly nodded, taking another bite of the goodness.
    “Where did you get this?” I asked, my hand covering my mouth as I continued chewing as I talked.
    “Harry made it.”
    Niall turned and pointed behind him, where Harry sat sitting at the TV.
    “Huh? I heard my name.” Harry turned his head, his brown eyes locking with mine. I smiled, making sure my teeth didn’t show any residence of scraps of the pastry.
    “You are an amazing baker.” I notified him, watching a smile tug at the ends of his lips.
    “Thanks.”
    Just as I was about to talk to him some more, my phone vibrated in my pocket.
    “Hello?” I inquired, placing the phone next to my ear.
    “Brooke, we have a problem.” I heard Chris’ panicked voice ask, my nerves suddenly tensing.
    “What’s wrong Chris?”
    “Did you remember the day we were supposed to go home?” He asked with the sight tone of alarm still coming through.
    “Brooke, that day is today.”
    Time stopped. Everything froze in my mind, my heart beat racing and my hand started to sweat as breathing suddenly became hard to do.
    “What?” I asked, my voice barely auditable.
    “Brooke, our flight back is at 9.”
    No, this couldn’t happen. I pressed the end button and set the phone down on the table, trying to calm my racing mind and nerves. My eyes flickered over to Niall, watching him pick at the small amount of food on his plate. His blonde hair with his brown roots showing though was messed up, but still looked amazing. His green eyes stared down at his plate, his facial expression showing that he was very bored. The emerald orbs of his looked up to meet mine, a smile coming across his face. As he noticed the shocked look on my face, he immediately turned concerned.
    “What’s wrong?” He whispered, his hand reaching and covering my free one, my hands warming from the heat of his.
    I shook my head, biting my lip and looking down at my lap. He leaned over placed his hand across my cheek, pressing his lips to my nose, leaving soft kisses until his soft lips touched mine, pulling me slightly closer to him.
    “You know you can tell me anything at anytime.” He whispered into my ear as he pulled away and hugged me. I nodded, shutting my eyes tight and wishing away the truth. If only what Chris had said wasn’t true. If only.
    Hey guys! Sorry about taking so long to post. We’re starting to rush to the end of this story, since it was originally a Christmas story, so we’re trying to speed things up a bit and have this done in a few chapters.
    Chapter 15
    Brooke's POV
    I adjusted the beige colored scarf hanging around my neck, pushing back my hair so it was out of my face. Niall was coming to come pick me up to take me somewhere, even though I had no idea where we were going to go. But that's the best thing about us; the little suprises we had for each other.
    “Hey, are you leaving yet?” Chris asked, walking into the room. I turned and shook my head, and then suddenly remembering Maria.
    “Hey, Chris, what happened with Maria the other day?” Chris suddenly grinned, his eyes sparkling with glee.
    “We caught up. She said she missed me, and we got to talking again. We’re almost as close again as if we never left.” He shook his head, walking over to the couch and plopping down. He seemed love stuck.
    I remembered when we were little, he always had a secret crush on her. He never told anyone, but I found out on accident one day and he made me promise not to tell anyone.
    “Is she cuter then you remember?” He turned towards me and chuckled.
    “Cute? No. She’s even more beautiful then I remember.” He sighed, staring off into nothing; zoning out into his little dream world of Maria.
    I thought as I turned back towards the mirror and looked at myself. I wonder if Niall thought I was beautiful.
    I heard a knocking on the door, and I knew that Niall was here. A smile crawled onto my face as I opened the door, seeing his beautiful Irish face staring back at me.
    "Hey." He said, leaning in and pressin his lips to mine.
    "Ready to go?" I nodded and grabbed my bag from the table, saying goodbye to Chris, and closed the door.
    "I missed you." He wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me close to him as we walked down the hallway. I laughed and placed my hand on his arm, shaking my head.
    "You just saw me yesterday."
    "I still missed you."
    We got to the elevator and talked on our way down to the car, our hands tangled with each others. We got into the car quickly, not wanting to stay out in the cold for too long.
    As we drove down the un-busy street, Niall's hand resting on my thigh, I looked at myself.
    I looked at my face in the mirror, my brown orbs sparkling with the lightest tint of a honey color.
    My heart-shaped face looked pale in the pale lighting, the dark grey clouds hovering over the countryside. my light pink colored lips shined from the lip gloss. My eyelashes covered in the mascara made them long and dark, my black eyeliner making my eyes look smokey and mysterious.
    "Do you think I'm beautiful." I said quickly, still looking out the window. Niall turned towards me, taking his hand off to turn down the music.
    "What did you say love?" I turned my head towards him, looking deep into his eyes.
    "Do you think I'm beautiful." I said a little louder, watching his eyebrows raise and his eyes widen.
    "Well of course I do." He turned his head back towards the road to make sure we didn't crash, and then sighed.
    "You have no idea of how beautiful I think you are. Never doubt that alright?"
    I nodded, leaning over and kissing his cheek. He reached for my hand and wrapped his fingers around mine, squeezing my hand gently.
    Chapter 15
    Niall's POV
    I offered to drop Brooke off at her hotel, but she said she wanted to walk.
    She mentioned something about thinking, so I didn't want to get involved.
    I had a lot of thinking to do myself. I knew just the place to go to.
    I went to Fisher's Edge, a cliff in town. I used to always sit and think there.
    I put my hands in my coat pockets and walked quickly, not wanting to be interrupted by paparazzi or fans. I just wanted some peace time.
    When I arrived there, I saw that I wasn't alone. Someone else was there.
    "I always come here to think." I said, walking over to where the person sat.
    I swung my legs over the edge and took a seat on the cold ground.
    "You scared me." That voice was familiar. It was Brooke.
    "Brooke? What are you doing here?" I asked.
    "Just thinking. It seems like a nice place to clear your head." she replied.
    "You don't know the half of it." I replied, thinking back to all the times we shared here. I know she's my Brooke. I looked in a yearbook last night.
    We used to come here all the time when we were having problems with family or friends. This is where I found Brooke the night her parents died in the car crash and nobody could get ahold of her. We talked about so much here.
    We talked about boyfriends and girlfriends, people who annoy us, and people who judged us. Together, we got through anything.
    "How did you find this place?" I asked, hoping she would finally come clean.
    I don't know why she isn't telling me that we used to be friends. She didn't really forget me, did she? That's not possible. I could never forget Brooke.
    "A friend told me about it." she replied, and I knew I must have been that friend. Not many people come here.
    "Brooke, I've been meaning to ask you something." I said, reaching for her hand. I held her hand in mine, even though it was freezing cold outside.
    "What's up?" she asked, turning her head to look at me.
    "Will you be my girlfriend?" I asked, hoping she would say yes.
    "Yeah." she replied, biting her lip and smiling at me.
    I leaned over and planted a kiss on her lips. I smiled into the kiss, happy that I was finally dating the girl I've always loved. A few minutes later, we got up and started walking back. We were still holding hands, and I looked over at Brooke. Her cheeks were red from being in the cold, and her eyes were bright blue, looking almost like ice. I stopped her when we were under a streetlight and there weren't many people around. I kissed her again.
    I was just so happy to call her my girlfriend.
    Maybe now that we're dating, she will feel like she can trust me.
    And maybe she will tell me that she remembers me.
    Because if she doesn't tell me soon, it might break my heart.
    Or maybe I'll have to remind her who I am.
    again, sorry for not uploading regularly. We're both super busy with midterms, but by the end of next week we should be back to writing normally. Good luck with your exams!(:
    Chapter 14
    Brooke's POV
    I was on the phone with Niall. He wanted to take me to lunch.
    It's the first time I'm seeing him since he questioned Karalyn about me, and it probably won't be much longer until he figures out that we used to be best friends. I just don't understand why he doesn't look in a yearbook or something.
    That would be much easier than me having to tell him.
    I threw on a pair of skinny jeans and a striped cardigan along with some cute riding boots that matched my outfit. I left my hair wavy and walked down to the lobby. I sat down for a few minutes, and eventually Niall arrived. I walked out to Niall, wrapping my pea coat tighter around me.
    "You look gorgeous." he said. He drove about twenty minutes to a restaurant in downtown London.
    I looked at the name on the sign and almost fainted. This restaurant was the last place I saw Niall before I moved. I didn't tell him until the day that I was moving, on my way to the airport. This was where I stood and cried into his shoulder for an hour, our arms wrapped each other and never wanting to let go.
    So why was he taking me here now?
    We got out of the car and walked into the restaurant and were taken to the back room, and sat at the exact same table where I broke the news to Niall. Such a weird coincidence. This all was too familiar. I didn't know if I could handle it.
    I think Niall is positive that I used to be his best friend. Why else would he go through the trouble of getting the exact same table at the exact same restaurant where I probably shattered his heart a few years back?
    “This used to be one of my favorite restaurants.” He told me as he lifted the menus I remembered so well, his blue eyes flickering back and forth as he read the different names of food.
    “It looks nice.” I commented, something that wasn’t a total lie. It looked nice like it did before I left.
    Such a simple, loving restaurant. He glanced up at me and a small smile at the corner of his lips.
    “What do you want? I recommend the bacon cheddar salad."
    “Sure, I’ll try it. You better not be messing with me Horan.” I wagged my finger at him and narrowed my eyes, and he chuckled.
    “I wouldn’t lie to you.” He said, taking a quick look at me before his attention turned back to the menu.
    We ordered our food, I had the salad and Niall had some mostaccioli, which we both enjoyed. We had finished our food, full and happy, and paid before walking back out of the restaurant.
    “Thanks for the meal, I enjoyed it.”
    I said as I glanced back over my shoulder when I got into the passenger side, and Niall stood right behind me.
    “No problem. I’m glad you liked it.”
    As soon as our eyes locked, I was mesmerized. He stared at me and licked his bottom lip, looking down at mine. My breath was taken away as my heartbeat raced. He leaned closer to me, his eyes still locked on mine, and I bit my bottom lip.
    Soon our lips connected, and the sparks flew. He closed in on my and deepened it lightly, lifting a hand to caress the side of my face. He soon pulled away and looked at my eyes, keeping his hand on my face.
    “I’m sorry. I couldn’t resist.” He whispered, and I shook my head.
    “I didn’t mind. I loved it.”
    A grin grew on his face, and I reached up and put my lips on his once more.
    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 13
    Niall's POV
    The next afternoon, I slipped on my ray bans and a sweatshirt and drove down to the club that Karalyn's family owned. I needed to get some answers.
    After I asked Brooke about her past here in England, she got really nervous and avoided the subject. She was acting really weird, and I knew why.
    Maybe I should just tell her that i know who she is.
    But she doesn't remember me. And it hurts me to see her and know that she doesn't remember what we used to have.
    Karalyn obviously knows Brooke well. And Karalyn knows me, because we went to school together. So maybe she could explain some things to me.
    "Hi, is Karalyn here?" I asked, walking in through the front doors to the club.
    "Yes, she's in the back. One minute." said an older guy, who I assumed was her father. He walked towards the back of the club to get her.
    She walked out, confused as to why somebody was here to see me, but when she saw me, her face relaxed and she smiled.
    "You're a little early Horan." she joked, wakling over and giving me a hug.
    We sat down at one of the booths and her dad brought us sandwiches.
    "So, what brought you here?" she asked, sipping her water.
    "Remember a few days back when I came here one night and your friend, Brooke was here?" I started asking.
    "Uh, yeah. Why, is something wrong?" she asked, suddenly worried.
    "No, nothing's wrong. I just think I know her from somewhere." I replied.
    "Um, I don't know. Her dad was good friends with my dad." she said.
    Something about the way she replied made me think she was lying.
    I could tell she was hiding something. She seemed nervous.
    "So she didn't go to school with us or anything?" I pressed on.
    "No, we met through our parents." she lied.
    But why? Why was Karalyn lying to me about Brooke?
    Brooke's POV
    Karalyn called me later that afternoon, in a panic.
    "Kar, what's up?" i asked, trying to calm her down.
    She explained to me why she was so nervous and freaking out, and it made me kind of nervous as well. Why would Niall be asking about me?
    "I think you should lay low for a while." she advised me.
    "What did he ask?" I asked her curiously.
    "He asked if you went to school with us." she replied calmly.
    "What did you say?" I asked, not so calmly.
    "I said no. But Niall's my friend, and I hate lying to my friends." she said.
    "I know, I'm sorry. I just can't tell him it's me yet." I told her.
    "Don't you think he's gonna get mad when you tell him it's you? I mean, you're lying to him." she told me. I hadn't thought about that.
    "Then maybe I just won't ever tell him." I whispered sadly.
    "You have to B. And you have to do it soon." Karalyn said.
    "I know. I gotta go." I said, clicking the end button on my phone.
    I was going to tell Niall. Soon.
    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 12 {Part 2}
    "So, let's go!" The one in the red pants -Louis- said once we got to the sledding place. There were hills for skiing, sledding, tubing, and even a section for snow mobiling. They added some new stuff since I was last here.
    "This looks like so much fun!" I said, walking over to grab a sled.
    "Does that have room for two?" Niall asked, walking up behind me.
    "I think we can figure something out." I said, and he put his arm around me and led me to the ski lift that brought us to the top of the hill.
    We went sledding for almost an hour, then tubing for a half an hour, and skiing for almost two hours. It didn't seem very long at all though. The boys were hilarious. Zayn was laid back , Liam was super sweet, Louis was really funny, and sassy, and Harry was cheeky and charming. He seemed to have totally forgotten that time where he confronted me at the bar.
    They all joked around with each other, and they all made me laugh and smile in some way. I could see beomcing friends with them. Finally, it was time for the snow mobiles.
    "You're on your own for this one Horan. Let's race." I said, putting on a helmet and goggles to protect my eyes. I put the key in the ignition and waited for Niall to start his up. Once he did, Harry screamed "3, 2, 1!" and we were off. I kind of have an advantage, because I used to ride snow mobiles all the time during the winter.
    I did end up beating Niall, and I almost reached 120mph.
    "That was unbelievable!" he said, taking off his helmet.
    Everybody stared at me with incredulous looks on their faces, and I took off my helmet, then flipped my hair and ran my fingers through it, placing a smirk on my lips. I knew I would shock them.
    "I guess I win?" I said, turning my smirk into biting my lip. Niall walked over to me, shaking his head.
    "How on earth did you learn to ride like that?" he asked cocking his eyebrow. He seemed really surprised how I could ride so well.
    "Practice. I used to ride with Chris when we were younger. We went to a place about twenty minutes from here." I said.
    After the words came out of my mouth, I realized I shouldn't have said that.
    "At Alpine Slopes?" Niall asked, giving me a suspicious look.
    "Uh, that might be the name of it. I'm not sure. I don't really recall it." I lied.
    Niall looked like he was going to ask something else, but then shut his mouth and decided to change the subject. He seemed suspicious of me, and I don't know why.
    Unless....
    Niall finally figured out who I am.
    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 12 {part 1}
    I woke up the next day at around eleven o'clock. Chris and I went down to the restaurant in the hotel to get breakfast, which was more like brunch.
    When I went back to the room, I decided I needed to get ready for my date with Niall, so I showered and let my hair air dry. I looked at myself in the mirror, making sure I looked good enough to go sledding. My dark skinny jeans were hiding behind my pant-like snow pants that weren’t too bulky. I looked at my white knitted sweater over my checkered shirt, sighing. I looked fine enough I guess. I threw my black peacoat on and light pink beanie as well as my water-proof boots.
    I checked the clock when I was finished getting ready, and it was 2.
    I went down to the lobby, and as I was in the elevator, I got a message from Niall, saying that he and the other guys were arriving at the hotel.
    I walked outside and saw his car, running towards it because it was so cold out. I got in the passenger seat and he looked at me expectantly.
    "What?" I asked, and he just continued to stare at me.
    "How is it that you can look so adorable when we're going out in the freezing cold?" he asked, smiling at me. I'm sure I blushed.
    "Just drive." I said, buckling my seatbelt.
    "Not before you give me a hug." he said, winking at me.
    I leaned over and hugged Niall, just as he said. I smelt his woodsy cologne and didn't want to let go of him, but unfortunately, I had to. “Have you ever been sledding in London before?” Niall asked me, glancing over at me with his sea blue orbs staring at me.
    “Yeah I have. There was this one hill I would go on with my best friend. It’s was called…” I said, trying to remember the name.
    Niall and I would go all the time, but I don’t remember what the hill was called. It had a weird name that made no sense, and I always giggled when someone said it.
    “Chicken Butt Hill?” Niall asked, creasing his eyebrows. I let out an automated giggle, nodding.
    “Yeah, that’s it. It’s called that-”
    “Because it looks like a chicken’s butt!” Niall chimed in, and we both started laughing.
    The other boys just glanced back and forth at each other, probably thinking we were nuts.
    “Oh yeah, and this is Harry, Zayn, Liam, and Louis.”
    I waved at each of them, mentally remembering something about them so I would remember who was who.
    Harry’s the one with curls, Zayn looks like my cousin, Liam is the one with the birthmark, and Louis is wearing red pants. I can remember that.
    Niall started to drive and I got aquainted with the boys. Chicken Butt Hill wasn't very far, and soon we got there.
    Accidental Reunion
    Chapter 11
    After Niall brought me ack to my hotel, I lay in bed thinking about that kiss.
    It really was something. It was almost magical. It made me realize something.
    I had feelings for Niall. And I really can't have feelings for him.
    I just can't. I can't like a guy who doesn't even remember me.
    So after we ice skated and talked, I told him we should forget about the kiss.
    He seemed upset at first, but then agreed that it was a good idea.
    I think Niall actually liked me. Scratch that. I knew he liked me. Just from the way he laid his eyes on my I could tell. It might as well be written on his forehead.
    But like I said, Niall doesn't even remember that we used to be best friends. And I would only be hurting myself if I let myself like him.
    So I told him we could be friends, but nothing more. He said that was fine.
    When Chris came home and asked me what I did tonight, I lied to him.
    "I stayed in and watched a movie." I told him. He seemed to buy it.
    "So you haven't talked to Niall in a while?" he asked, and I shook my head no.
    "B, you gotta tell him. This is getting old. You're only hurting yourself." he replied.
    "No Chris. If I tell him who I am, he's gonna wonder why I didn't tell him before. Either way, it's a lose-lose situation." I responded, changing the channel.
    "I still think you should tell him. Because if you don't, I will."
    "You wouldn't." I said, giving him an ice cold stare.
    "But I would. I hate to see you moping around because he doesn't remember you. If you just tell him who you are, he will probably remember you, and then you guys can go from there. That's a win-win situation." he replied, mocking me.
    "Fine. I'll tell him before I leave." I mumbled, crossing my arms over my chest. I grabbed my phone that I had left on the table and left the room, my hands shaking as I found Niall's number.
    "Hello?" His Irish accent came through to my ear and I froze.
    "Brooke? Is that you?"
    I stayed quiet and held the phone to my ear, holding my breath. I didn't know what to do.
    "Brooke, I know it's you. Are you okay? Are you hurt?" He started to sound nervous, but I stayed silent.
    "Brooke!"
    He yelled my name into the phone and I cleared my throat, apologizing.
    "Sorry about that. I didn't know I called you. Must of butt dialed..."
    I heard him let out a deep breath, pretty relieved.
    "You scared me. Was there anything you needed?"
    I thought for a minute. Maybe I really should just shrug off the fact that he can't remember me. Maybe we could start over and get as close as before.
    "Yeah, actually. I was thinking about going sledding tomorrow. Do you want to come?" I asked him, taking the matter into my own hands.
    "Sure, I would love to." He told me.
    "Oh, can the other guys come too?"
    "Sure, the more the merrier."
    "Thanks Brooke. We can come by around 2. Does that work?"
    I told him it did, and that I would talk to him soon.
    "Bye Brooke." He said, hanging up before I could reply.
    I slipped the phone in my pocket, lookind down at my hands that were still slightly shaking. Man, I really did like him. Hopefully this date will go well tomorrow.
    Chapter 10
    "Brooke? I had no idea you would be here. I thought you were hanging out with your brother tonight?" Niall asked, walking over towards me and smiling.
    "Yeah, but he ditched me to get dinner with an old friend." I replied.
    "Old friend? Has he been here before?" Niall asked, sitting across from me.
    "Something like that." I mumbled, walking up to the counter an ordering my latte and a lemon bean scone. Part of me wanted to tell him that I used to live in London, but I couldn't work up the courage.
    "So do you want to do something tonight? We could go to the movies, or try bowling. Whatever you want to do, I'm in." he said after I returned to where he had sat down, sipping the hot drink. It burned my throat, but I didn't care. I needed some kind of distraction.
    "Actually, I think I'm just going to go back to the hotel. It's been a long day." I told him. As much as I wanted to hang out with him, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't get involved. Not if I wanted to keep my secret.
    "Are you sure? The night is still young." he said, winking at me.
    That wink made me swoon more than I thought it would. That, and hearing his voice. I just couldn't resist.
    "Okay, fine. What do you want to do?" I asked him.
    "Well, I know this one place we can go. I don't think it's going to be busy." he replied. He led me out to his car and drove for almost a half an hour.
    We arrived at a place called the London Ice Palace.
    "What is this place?" I asked as we got out of the car and walked to the door.
    "It's an ince skating rink. Hold on one minute, let me make a call." he said. I rolled my eyes as he walked away and was mumbling into the phone. I guess old habits don't stop after a day. And why would they? A few seconds after he hung up, someone opened the door for us. He must know the owner.
    "You kids are the only ones here. Have fun." he said, as he turned on the lights and put on some music. I love to ice skate, and I used to skate when I was younger. I laced up my skates and walked over to the ice.
    Before I stepped onto the ice, Niall grabbed my hand. The sparks were almost so hard to handle that I almost pulled away.
    We walked onto the cold, hard ice together, and we continued to hold hands. Somewhere along the way, he lost his balance, and I fell down with him. Actually, I fell right on top of him.
    At first we just laid there laughing, finding the situation more hilarious than anyone else would of seemed to have thought. I could see him staring at me, and I bit my bottom lip. He got closer to me, and moments later, his lips were pressed against mine.
    The weird thing is, I didn't stop him from kissing me. I kissed him back.
    Chapter 9
    Big Ben glowed its bright yellow color as I stood underneath it, staring up at the clock that was ticking ever so slowly.
    “Now, this is stuff I missed.”
    Chris said in awe, taking out the camera and snapping a few pictures. I rolled my eyes and laughed, reaching over and wrapping my arms around him as our breath escaped our mouths.
    Chris and I were walking the streets of London. We saw a lot of pretty sights, including the London Eye. We didn't ride on it, because I'm afraid of heights. But it was still nice to look at.
    I'd been thinking about Niall a lot since he called me last night. He seems to really care about me. But I'm not going to let myself fall for him. The guy doesn't even remember who I am, and that hurt.
    “Hey, perk up Brooke.” I stopped zoning out and looked over at Chris. He was standing and staring at me, his eyebrows furrowed together.
    “Sorry.” I shrugged, grabbing his arm as he led us away from the crowds.
    “Now come on. We are finally back home and all you can do is mope around because of Niall?”
    I blushed, shaking my head as my brown locks moved back and forth over my shoulders.
    “It’s not Niall. I just have a lot on my brain.”
    He scoffed, rolling his eyes.
    “Yeah, ‘cause that’s the truth.”
    I shoved him and stuck my tongue out, letting out a deep breath as the heat escaped my lips. We arrived in front of a coffee shop, and I gasped as I noticed the sign. I was always at this coffee shop. The Coco Bean.
    “Chris, look!”
    I grabbed his arm and tugged on it, frowning when I noticed his phone out.
    “Oh my god.”
    He said, looking surprised.
    “Remember Maria?”
    I nodded, putting a piece of my hair behind my ear. Maria was Chris’s best friend when we lived here. Their relationship was like Niall and I’s.
    “She just messaged me. She want’s to meet up for dinner to catch up!”
    He looked super excited, practically ready to jump up and down.
    “That’s great.”
    I said, putting a fake smile on my face. Today was supposed to be about just me and him being together. He must of noticed my disappointment and he frowned.
    “I’m sorry B. We can have a whole day to ourselves tomorrow okay? I promise. I mean, its Maria.”
    I waved my hand in his face, shaking my head.
    “Don’t worry. Like you said, it’s Maria.”
    He smiled, leaning over and kissing my cheek.
    “Thanks B, you’re the best.”
    He scurried off, leaving me alone and depressed. I decided to go into the coffee shop, taking in its strong smells as the door dinged. Everything looked so similar, like nothing ever changed. It was just like I liked it.
    Of course, I already knew what I was going to order. The Chocolate Spice Latte was the best thing on the menu. I remember the first time Niall bought it for me, and he made most of it come out of my nose. No matter how hot it had burned, I never got mad at him.
    “Brooke?”
    I heard my name and froze. This really couldn’t be happening. I knew this would come back and bite me in the butt. I knew Chris was right, no matter how much I wanted to deny it.
    I turned around and locked my brown chocolate eyes with his green emerald orbs.
    Chapter 8
    "He made you walk home?" Chris said, a shocked look on his face. Shrugging, I threw my bag onto the table and landed on the couch. It was so warm in the house after being outside in the cold for so long.
    "I'm sorry, but I think the fame has gotten to him." Chris shook his head and grabbed the remote, turning on the television.
    I felt my phone vibrate beside me, and I sighed, rolling over and looking at it.
    "Hello?" I said into the phone.
    "Hey Brooke."
    After hearing Niall's voice, I half smiled and half frowned. I didn't know rather to be happy or mad.
    "I'm sorry about this afternoon. I didn't mean to leave like that, and I feel horrible about leaving you to walk home. I mean, it's not the nicest thing to do." He said, letting out a small laugh.
    "It's fine." I told him, brushing a piece of hair out of my face.
    "I want to make it up to you. How about tomorrow at 7? Maybe go to a movie or visit some sights..."
    Chris turned and looked at me, and eyebrow raised. I didn't know what to say. It was so kind of him to offer, but I didn't know if I could handle having him not know me still. It was like he was brainwashed of everything before fame.
    "Um, I'm actually going to be with my brother. He visted some friends today, but we want to be together tomorrow. I hope you understand." I felt horrible lying to him, but it was the only way I could break it gently to him.
    "Oh," His voice was filled with disappointment, even though he tried hiding it.
    "Yeah. Maybe we can see each other another time." I bit my lip, lowering my voice after noticing Chris watching me.
    "Yeah sure. I'll call you sometime soon."
    I told him that was fine, and then told him goodnight. We hung up at the same time, and I rolled over, letting out a deep sigh.
    "Are you going to keep pushing Niall away the whole time were here?" Chris asked me, and I shrugged.
    "You know that something bad always happens when you try doing stuff like that B."
    Rolling my eyes, I clenched my teeth and opened Twitter, flipping through the new tweets that people were posting. Chris really just needed to shut up.
    "It's going to come back and bite you in the rear Brooke. Just warning you." He said, continuing to flip through the channels. I just ignored him. I was good at keeping things quiet. I wouldn't mess this up.
    Chapter 7
    She was just so beautiful. She made my heart melt every time I caught even just a glimpse of her. When she tucked the small piece of her hair behind her ear, when a smile popped up on her lips, even when she just sat and stared she looked stunning. When she said that we could hang out, I literally flipped. The guys were actually worried for me; they’ve never seen me so excited over a girl before. They just didn’t get it.
    I couldn’t tell if she liked me yet or not, considering we only hung out once. I felt so bad about the stupid interruptions, the look on her face every time my phone would ring.I promised myself that next time, the phone would be at least on silent.
    I looked out the car window as we drove back to the studio, something about a meeting and immediate recording. Roger looked back at me multiple times, noticing how down I looked.
    “Niall, are you alright? You look a little sad buddy.”
    Sighing, I turned and looked at Roger, crossing my arms and shrugging.
    “I really like Brooke. I think I miss her.”
    Roger rolled his eyes and sighed, shaking his head and laughing at me. Roger was one of those people that you could sometimes know that they would have your back, but then turn and laugh at you at other things.
    “You can’t possibly miss her. You barely know her.”
    I didn’t reply, but turned and stared back out at the scenery once more. I didn’t feel the need or want to reply. How could I control when I missed a person or not? Did he not see how absolutely gorgeous and attractive she was? The thoughtof her came into my mind, and I suddenly jolted forward, gasping and throwing a hand to my head. How could I be so stupid?
    “Dude, what’s wrong?”
    Roger said, concerned. I just shook my head and leaned back, muttering to myself.
    “Roger, I left Brooke at the beach. I was her ride. She doesn’t have a way home!”
    “She has feet, she can walk.”
    I felt a little anger rise in me. Could he be any bit of helpful in this?
    “You don’t just leave a girl to walk home alone Roger! She’s going to hate me now. Great, I blew it.”
    I threw my hands in the air, letting them fall on my legs with a slap. Roger just sighed, turning his attention fully on the road that was filled with traffic. I couldn’t believe I did that.
    I thought of her. Her brown wavy hair, chocolate sparkling eyes, and the cute little face she made when she was upset. She would probably never talk to me again.
    I imagined her walking down the sidewalk, shoes in hand, the little mad expression stuck on her face. She looked so familiar when I met her. But when she made that face, I felt as if I knew her completely. Like she was the long lost missing piece of my puzzle. I felt like I really knew her.
    As I thought about it, more and more things came to my mind. More puzzle pieces I had left behind.
    “Roger!”
    I yelled, causing him to slightly swerve in the lane.
    “Oh GOD Niall! Don’t do that!”
    “Roger, I know where I know Brooke from!!”
    He seemed annoyed, but I could tell he was listening.
    “She was my best friend. She’s not just any random Brooke. She’s my Brooke.”
    My voice was quiet, like a whisper, as I talked to him and myself. No wonder I had feeling’s for her. I always had, and will continue to for as long as I live. I always thought she forgot about me, and I guess she did. She hasn’t brought it up with me. Well, maybe I could make her remember.
    Chapter 6
    Finally Niall came back, phone in his hand but not to his ear. He apologized, again, and we continued from where we left off. He had thrown all of his rocks quickly, only having a high total of five skips. I rolled my eyes when he said he had to make a quick call.
    “You know, showbiz.” He jokingly rolled his eyes, but I could still see the smile on his face.
    I took my turns without him, getting a high total of seven. But instead of being proud, I felt deflated. Bored. Tired. The whole world was grey here, and I kept getting more anad more annoyed with each phone call or text that he had to make.
    After coming back, we tried building rock statues. He kept looking down the way, like he was expecting someone to come, cautiously looking around.
    “Niall, are you okay? Is someone coming?”
    He looked over at me with eyebrows raised, shaking his head.
    “Nope. Just looking out for the paparazzi and fans. You know, don’t want to be interrupted.”
    I looked both ways, not seeing anyone for miles.
    “I think we’re safe.”
    I said, laughing and rolling my eyes in my head. Don’t want to be interrupted my butt. Soon he told me he had to go, something with the guys or whatever, standing up and wiping his hands on the jeans. We looked at the small tower we made, not very big considering Niall’s phone.
    “Well, it was nice seeing you! I’ll talk to you soon okay?”
    I nodded, giving him an awkward hug, watching him go back to the car and drive away, just a person in a tinted dark monster. Looking around, I noticed I didn’t have a ride home. He didn’t even offer one.
    He's so different. He used to be the most sincere guy I've ever known, but now he just acts weird, then denies it. I know fame can change you, ut this is just crazy. But I can't blame him for not remembering me. I couldn't even work up the guts and courage to tell him who I am.
    Groaning in frustration, I picked up my shoes and walked, my feet hitting the hard, cold pavement. Hopefully his big hot-air brain full of fame overload will deflate and bring him back down to Earth.
