I'm sorry :( I'm sure you aren't fat and maybe you're different than your mom but that doesn't make any difference. Just because she was a different size than you doesn't make you any less beautiful. You are probably gorgeous. I know how it feels about the boobs though. I have like.... ginormous ones and whenever I'm invited to a swim party my friends are wearing their bikinis and I am just trying to hide when there are boys there because I get really self-conscious. That sucks that your sister is away but maybe you can still call her or text her about stuff. And about your grades, don't even worry! I have 2 C's and 2 A's. (Not the best in History and Science is killing me!) I'm 14 and haven't had a boyfriend, haven't had my first kiss, but think about that special someone who will get the honor of saying you were their first boyfriend and kiss :) I'm not trying to convince you out of thinking your life sucks, because it sounds like it does. I don't wanna be the person who says that there are people who are worse off than you. Because that's them, and their feelings, and this is you, and your feelings. I hope this helps. Probably not.
