   Did you run out of your Urban Decay eyeshadow primer or any other?
   I got you covered!
   You will need:
   A THICK conssistentsy(sp?) lotion
   A FOUNDATION that matches your skin tone
   Anything to mix it with
   And lastly, a container to hold it in
   1.) Pump or place your lotion into your container (about three pumps)
   2.) Add in your foundation (You can use ELF, they sell 1$!)
   3.) Mix it all up until you think it looks ready! (Add more lotion/foundation if needed)
