He was my bestfriend,
and we met in Kindergarten. We talked about every topic imaginable. My mom loved him so much, I EVEN got to spend the night at his house! Then he moved away in 5th grade.
I didn't think I would ever see him again.
It was Summer,
About 2 years later. I was with my friend Valaria. We were at the mall when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned to see him, Joey sitting there with his amazing smile and deep brown eyes. We talked on and on about what has happend while we were out of eachothers lives. He gave me his number and left before I could give him mine. The last hug he gave me was undescribable.
I was on the bus,
When Valaria asked to use my phone. I handed it to her and when she gave me it back I was going to text Joey. But I never saw his contact.
"Did you delete his number?"
"Uh yeah."
"WHY!?"
Word for word this is what she said;
"He didn't have enough SWAG, he couldn't Jerk OR Shuffle AND the music coming from his IPod sounded Emo. I would NEVER want to be seen in public with him, let alone have you're reputation crushed because of him."

The point I want to get across is, embrace you're inner turtle of awkwardness and be who you REALLY are before you get fake "friends" like Valaria. If you be true to yourself, maybe you'll find you're Joey.
