First, upload the image you want to add to Tinypic.com, copy the link of the picture.
Go to the Source part when editing your profile, add this code.
<img src="URL of image" alt="Just in case" title="Tooltip"/>
Where the quotes are in the code, add the URL of the image and something to call your image, for example if you had a picture of pie you'd call it "Pie" or something.
