Making me jealous is..

Hi well I am having this sort of boy trouble of course so can u plz help me decide who u think is good enough:
(short-versions of there name)
O.w.
(He’s my mom’s bff’s son)
He is a player that usually
never stays on one girl even if
she turns him down or not
before he ever liked me he
cheated on his ex’s and later on
he broke up with his girlfriend
for me well he has had a crush on
me for like 2 years and he still
likes me and now he starts to
put his arms around me,
he can be a jerk to people
sometimes including towards
my friends but he can be sweet
guy from time to time and he
makes me laugh
O.s.
He goes to my friends
Church and like now he’s
My best friend and he has
Called me pretty/smart
And said he loved me
(in a friend way I guess)
And he said he did not like
Like me the way I liked him
He said he just did like me in
That way only as friends
But he usually flirts with me
And says he really cares for me

Well there’s these guys I like and some of them like me and some don’t know I like them and some do and I don’t know who to choose so can u help me decide plz
