So I'm probably going to VidCon this year.
Why am I telling you guys this? Because I want to tell a little story.
About a year ago I was scrolling through the infinite pages of tumblr when I came across a picture of a guy.
That guy is named Dan Howell, or, danisnotonfire.
Out of pure boredom I decided to search him up on Youtube.
Best decision of my life.
Through Dan I also discovered Phil Lester, or AmazingPhil.
While I have always had music in my life and have always had these band members to look up to, I never had anyone as real and Dan and Phil.
I'm not going to sit here and say Dan and Phil saved my life in the sense that I was ever suicidal and that they stopped me because that wouldn't be true.
But just from seeing their videos and seeing that I'm not the only one who feels and acts the way I makes me feel so much better. It makes it easier to go through school feeling as out of place and unaccepted as I always do.
Knowing that, although I've never talked to them, these two guys are just a few clicks away is more comforting than you could ever imagine.
And knowing that in just a few months there is a very real chance that I may get to meet them is more than enough to bring tears to my eyes.

So today a man named Phil Lester hit 1 million YouTube suscribers.
That man, AmazingPhil, really is amazing.
He taught me to smile. He encourages me to wake up every day and be exactly who I am. He makes me feel okay with being a weird kid. He's made me laugh when I wanted to cry and gotten me through some of the worst parts of my life.
I am and always will be proud to be a Phillion. One of the millon.
