-Gracie Woods-
Gracie walked towards the school property, taking out her IPod and pressing play. Instantly Bulls In The Bronx by Pierce The Veil flooded into her ears.
She dug her hands into her pockets, trying to ignore the judging looks people were sending her way. Someone's look hurt her espescially. Jason Land's cold blue eyes.
His eyes weren't really cold. They were really a stunning, bright blue. It felt like he always knew all of her weaknesses; like he knew everything that could hurt her.
She looked away, hurrying up the steps to the school building. She realized the mistake she had made too late as she was pushed into the wall.
"Why did you walk away from me?" He hissed in her ear.
She didn't answer, and shrank back, not answering, which only succeded in making him angrier.
He brought her forward and slammed her back against the wall.
"I asked you a question!"
She yelped, "I-I don't know!" pained tears came to her eyes and she willed them not to fall. Clenching her fists to keep from crying out, she looked down at the ground.
-Jason Land-
Jason looked down at Gracie, smirking when he saw the tears brimming in the corner of her eyes. He brushed his hands on his jeans and turned away, not satisfied, but it would have to do for now; espescially with the amount of timee he had. He took his phone out of his pocket, glancing at the time before sauntering like he owned the place back over to his best friend, Trace.
-Trace Novak-
Trace smirked, watching Jason slam Gracie into the wall, then turn and walk towards him. He grinned, fist bumpng him, and noticing the unsatisfied look on his face, frowning slightly.
He shrugged it off, deciding it was nothing, before turning with Jason and walking to his firat peeiod class, math.
"Math" Jason said scornfully, scoffing loudly.
Trace brought his hand to his neck a choking motion, pantamiming trying to run in the other direction and puking in a trash can.
He grinned happily when Jason laughed at him.
"Dude! Let's ditch!" He said loudly, turning to walk away from the class.
Jason shrugged, "nah man, I've got to get a better grade in this class or I'm going to get booted of the football team. Coach lectured me about it after practice yesterday"
Trace shrugged, "fine" he said nonchalantly, and turned to walk back towards the room.
-Alyssa land-
Alyssa walked through the halls, smiling at all of the people she didn't know but knew her. She looked around, trying to find her purple headed friend slipping through the crowd.
She frowned when she couldn't find Gracie, and walked outside. Looking around, she saw her huddled by the wall, shrunk down with her arms wrapped around her knees; her hair sticking out of the hood of her purple sweater, the color almost identical to her hair.
Alyssa walked over to her and stood there with her hnds on her hips, "alright, what happened?"
-Gracie Woods-
Gracie looked up, seeing Alyssa standing above her.
"Wh-What?" She said, wincing when her back ground against the wall.
"You heard me" Alyssa said, "what happened?" she said, tapping her foot impatiently.
Gracie shook her head, getting to her feet, and brushing off her back end. She ignored the question, brushing past her and walking into the building.
