It's sarcasm. Basically, the post is making fun of girls who say 'I'm not like other girls' and act like it's some superior thing. Of course no girl is like another. We're all different and unique individuals. That's what, I believe, this quote is getting at.

Well the way I look at it is this, some girls are different, it is the way you interpret it, if someone says I am different and better than others, I can understand how that's offensive, but some people are unique, not better, just different, there is nothing wrong with pointing that out

She's referring to girls who try to exert authority and narcissticly repeat to bits that "they aren't like other girls" not people that are unique, everyone is unique..

True, and that's exactly what the quote is saying. We're unique to, but not better than, one another. The usage of that phrase is a bit ridiculous, because it can make someone feel as though they're inferior to the person saying those words. They may feel that because they don't think/feel/behave the way the other person does, their own beliefs and interests are ''wrong''. The quote is just discouraging people from shaming others for how they choose to live their lives, and saying that you're not different for being different because we're ALL different (if that makes sense?)

and lots of people are the same, and it doesn't mean they are bad people, lots of people are different and it doesn't mean they are better, being superior to someone else really is just a matter of opinion
