When we were little people got us mixed up a lot, but like when we grew more we had different teeth but we still sorta looked alike. We trick people now because they'd be like "Are you Rachel or rayna? " and I'd say the wrong name haha

Ok, i personally think that, what he meant was that you know how there are lots of people on here with problems? What he's trying to say lots of people on here have the same type of problem, ex; bullying, teen mom, cutting, etc. And a sh't load of these people feel alone and they have no one to talk to and sh't like that, so basically he's trying to let new-comers feel like they can relate to the things we post and whatnot. When i read that, i personally felt a wave of comfort. But that's just me. Not tryna hate, js.
