It's those people who say "I love you" after like 5 minutes of dating that ruin the reputation of teenagers being in love. The ones who don't take it seriously at ALL are what every teenager is perceived as by adults.
Like, I dated a guy a few months ago and after 3 hours he said he loved me and I just knew he didn't and it wouldn't last and I was right.
But when I was 12 I dated a guy for nearly a year and, even though I was 12, I definitely can say I loved him and to an extent still do.
I don't know why I added those stories I wanted to back up my claim idk but yeah I agree with this quote I'm sorry I'm awkward bye
