Well basically being Witty Famous is when almost all of your quotes end up being top quotes; or people whose quotes always get a lot of faves and comments. Some Witty famous people (in my opinion) are Hale_Storm18, BravoSierra, and BringMeTheEric. There's no real way to 'become' witty famous, and it's kind of a matter of opinion who is and who isn't.
