The reason why there's a single cure for cancer is because of the varying types. Each cancer is different from the other. Therefore, treatment cannot always be the same.

they found a kind of a cure, but its going through testing. It's not a complete cure but it stops it growing and makes it less harmful :)

Or they found the cure and don't want to release to the general public because along with what you said, they make tons of money off of chemo and radiation so it makes a profit for hospitals..
