that's the silence,every time you see them and look away, you forget them. So, the Doctor and his companions marked their skin with tally marks for each time that they saw them. And we being an obsessive fandom, made it a day.

Well,in Doctor Who,there's the silence and yesterday,the silence fell. So basically,the silence has fallen and if your a whovian,you draw tally Marks all over you.
