I didn't base your sexuality off of your profile, and if I made it seem like that, then ill rephrase. "It is not clearly stated on your profile if you are LGBT."
Either way, the point is if you are not LGBT, deciding whether or not if those who are gay find using "gay" as an insult is offensive isn't really your call.

There's no point in putting my sexuality on my profile. It's no one's business but my own. I just made a joke, alright? I didn't say you had to, however you do realize that if there is no way to tell if you are apart of this marginalized group, then you would be considered talking over that group. It's actually just engrains more oppressive ideology in peoples brains and if you want to continue spreading that information then be my guest. It's not about "pleasing", its being respectful and curteous.

Sexist and are two different terms and if I wanted to use ra/cist I would. Do not be condescending towards me. And if I find something offensive, then I don't settle with it, I call it out because people shouldn't be saying oppressing sh/t. Oh, must be very irritating for you to see people stand up for what they believe in, to stand up to their oppressors and call out the casual sexism like this. It's almost reminds me of how white people used to find it "rather irritating" how POC would stand up for what they believe in. You don't "give 2 sh/its" yet you still reply. You kind of contradict yourself each time. Moreover, as I've said, this is not ABOUT RAC/ISM, it is about SEXISM. It doesn't matter if the person who posted this didn't mean to be offensive, when you say something offensive, it's still damn offensive. If you can't deal with people finding things not funny (because they're oppressive) then maybe you need to question your morale.
