n= run up and down the stairs for 20 seconds
o= walk around my room for 20 seconds
p= lift a weight for 15 seconds
q= 20 lunges
r= 20 bicycle crunches
s= 10 side lunges
t= 10 squat jumps
u= wall sit for 10 seconds
v= 10 seconds of planking
w= dance for 10 seconds
x= 10 jumping jacks
y= 3 pushups
z= 20 squats

How can you run up and down the stairs for 20 seconds.
And if you consider walking around your room for 20 seconds and drinking a glass of water exercise.. there's no way in h/ll you're going to be able to do 5 one armed push ups.

you go up and down the stairs quickly for 20 seconds .It's better than sitting on my a// on my laptop.It's just something to do ,and yes i can but thanks.
