It doesn't really mean anything, ask ANY guy, and he'll
tell you that he could care less about playing video games. So
almost every guy will pause a game for you.
The idea of this came from the game CoD (Call of Duty) because guys
would get so mad about being killed that they go on a rampage on
the game and won't get off.
