My Username
So, a few days ago someone asked me about my username and I guess it really is confusing. You know, what it means and stuff, so I'm gonna tell you. It is kind of personal, but I really don't really mind sharing. 5 years before I was born, my parents adopted a little baby boy named Hanley. He was super healthy and happy. 5 years later, I was born. As I grew up and got two more sisters, Hanley became my role model. I followed him in everything he did and he showed that he cared for me. He showed me how to play soccer and how to ride a bike. When Hanley was 16, he started to getting sick with what seemed like the stomach bug, but what was later discovered to be a tumor. He had skin cancer. It was pretty severe and, long 6 month fight short, cancer overcame and Hanley passed away. Hanley was my big brother and even though he was adopted, blood doesn't matter, I loved him.

That's so sweet. I have an older brother (he isn't really my brother) of my own too hes 18 now I used to look up to him but now I don't...I'm glad you looked up to your brother and I hope you still do even though he's gone.

I may not know you personally, but I read your quote and your story and it truly touched me. I know how it feels to be loving and protective of your brother (I have a little brother of my own) and I know I would do anything in the world for him. I just wanted to let you know how touching your story truly is (:
