why? because she left her car in the road and it blocked the parade. but, they want her to pay an extra $30 because she didn't pick it up the day she was told. she couldn't because the office was closed. after an hour on the phone, she finally had to agree to pay the full. i went with her today to the police department, because she had to pay in cash.

she payed all $164 in pennies.
