   We run back to each other when it’s convenient. We know that in the end, we’re meant for each other but not for right now. So we play these games, act like we’re okay when one of us has someone else. When in reality it tears us apart to know that we can be happy with someone else. But it’s that slight hope that we will end up together that always keeps us running back for more.

    Everyone Thought She Was Strong.
    Chapter Five.
    She finally had enough she had to get out of that house, it was to much for her to handle, she was leaving. She moved with her aunt, not to far from her mother but far enough. She changed a lot. She grew up fast but it was exactly what she needed. When she moved she gained two new parents and four new siblings, three brothers and another sister. Her mother would call her crying apologizing for her mistakes and promising she would change. She gave her mother a chance, moved back home. It only lasted a week then it was the same mother she left almost two years ago. She had no other choice but to leave all over again, restart trying to cope with having a mother with a disease that changed who she was. She knew that her mother couldn’t help it but it still hurt seeing her mother in such a negative mood everyday. She kept strong. She got close with her aunt. After all her aunt got her through so much. No one made her adopt another child to pay for and love but she wanted to. She knew her niece wasn’t safe in the household she was in. So she took her in and made her another kid in her life. She was happy. She got to come home everyday to her siblings making her laugh and love every minute she spent with them. They made her laugh when she didn’t even want to smile. They were her new family. They kept her out of trouble and on the right path. She knew if she didn’t get out of her mothers house she wouldn’t be the person she needed to be to accomplish her goals and dreams. She’s thankful and hopeful now. She has a reason to get up everyday and make her dreams come true. Her life had it’s ups and it’s had it’s downs. but everyday she gets stronger and is ready to face whatever the world throws at her.

    Everyone Thought She Was Strong.
    Chapter Four.
    She’d been through so much in her short sixteen years. She lost and gained a lot. It was the summer of 1999 her world came crashing down, She had lost her uncle. He wasn’t only her uncle he was her dad when her real dad couldn’t be there for her. Her dad was involved with the wrong people, He was going down a bad road and her mother didn’t want to be apart of it anymore. They left on valentines day her mother packed up everything and left. They went to live with their grandmother. She had to share a bedroom with her brother, sister and her mother. There were some night she thought she’d wake up from this terrible nightmare. They lived there for about six months until her mom got fed up with the living situation. They packed up again and left for a new town, a new life. Her mother found a new person to call daddy; he changed her completely. Her mother began drinking heavily each night. As she grew her mothers drinking got worse and worse. She was scared of her mother she became violent when she was drunk. There were nights when she would lay in her room and cry, she didn’t know what else to do. Her door was locked every night, she slept with a pocketknife under her pillow just incase she needed to defend herself. She heard the screaming, the pain in her mothers voice, what was happening to her mother. Who was causing her mother so much pain, she unlocked her door and walked into the kitchen where she found her mother on the floor and her step dad slamming the door behind him, She was scared didn’t know was else to do but lay next to her mother and pray she would be okay. There was many nights like this. She was always there for her mother no matter how much she drank that night or how abusive she was. She couldn’t give up on her family.. She had to stay strong.

    Chapter Three
    She had a big heart full of dreams and love. Her family gave her the strength to keep going and be ready for anything that came her way. Her sister kept her strong. She would sit on the phone with her all night when she was having a bad night no matter how much she needed to finish her homework or get sleep for school. She was always there, the perfect sister. She kept her out of trouble told her to calm down when she was ready to blow. She’d be nothing without the support and love of her sister. There was a point in her life when she barely talked to her and she was going down the wrong road and didn’t handle things the same. She got a new boyfriend and he changed her. He treated her how she wanted to be treated until the night he showed up with news that broke her heart. He had cheated. She felt like everything he told her was a lie, like she was nothing. She couldn’t take it anymore after a night of thinking, crying and regret she picked up a bottle and was determined not to put it down until she drank her pain away. Her sister must of had a feeling something wasn’t right. She was ready to pass out and be out of her misery then she got the phone call that saved her life, it was her sister. Her sister was concerned, she wasn’t going to let her end everything with alcohol. She doesn’t know it but that night she saved a life. She went and got her. Showed her that there are other ways to cope with pain. That night she found hope that she can get over anything and her sister kept her strong all along, without her she wouldn’t be here today. Her sister saves her life everyday whether she realizes it or not.

    Chapter Two
    Her birthday was only a few more day away. She couldn’t get herself excited. Her birthday was like Christmas to her when she was younger. where did all the excitement disappear to? She’d be turning seventeen then she’d be counting down the days before she left for the entire summer for basic training. She was joining the Navy, wanted to become a famous chef known around the world for her amazing food. Of course it was a scary thought. She’d be leaving everything behind. Her family, best friend, friends, everything; She had second thoughts but she knew it was the best thing for her. The sooner the better to leave. No one expected it from her they all thought she was against the military but one day she surprised them all with the news... She’d be leaving soon and didn’t want anyone to forget her. She was scared maybe they’d just forget; move on with their lives like she never made an impact on them. She dreaded this the most. What if her sister moved on, stopped writing her and found someone else to call sister. What if her best friend moved on and forgot the bond they shared. She was nervous. She met her with her recruiter a couple months before she had to be shipped out. He told her she had to lose weight and act right if she ever wanted a future in the Navy. She was determined to make something out of herself, everyone thought she’d be nothing just a door mat the rest of her life but she was ready to prove them all wrong.

    She was only sixteen; turning seventeen in a few more days. She wasn’t your average give, She’d rather buy a new gun then a new outfit. She didn’t get along with the girls. The girls just caused drama, why would she deal with that. She had enough of that her entire life. Her main friends were guys, she just fit in better with them she never had to pretend. She was herself. Her best friend was a guy. He meant the world to her. She never got along with someone so well. He was her other half. They did everything together. They shared secrets they couldn’t ever tell anyone else. He guarded her like he had to, like there was no other option. She loved him and would not trade him for anything. She had it all, she was gorgeous, caring, outgoing, and very well loved but behind that pretty face hid a lot of hurt and worry. At school you never would of guessed her life wasn’t anything but perfect she was a social butterfly, smart, and funny seems like she had it all, but know one knew, She was at her breaking point. She put up with a lot for years she bit her tongue about a lot and let people walk all over her. How much more could she honestly take? She was strong enough to handle it... wasn’t she?
