   “You look pretty.” I told her, she did she was wearing a pink sweater and black leggings a black scarf and boots, she looked pretty but laid back. I am glad a changed my clothes.
   “Thanks you too. I mean you don’t look pretty you look—“
   “I know what you meant.” I could tell she was nervous so I just giggled. She gestured me to come in. She introduced me to her mom and off we went.
   We walked outside and I slowly grabbed her hand. As I did she grabbed mine. We were holding hands! I knew this was going to turn out great. I looked over at her and she was shivering.
   “Kenzie, you look freezing!” I exclaimed, and before she could reply I took my jacket off and wrapped it around her shoulders. I rapped my arm around her and pulled her close. My heart was racing I could smell her perfume it was vanilla. This was amazing. I knew I could to make it even better. So once we were about half way there I looked up at the sky the stars were already out. They looked amazing. Then I stopped walking. Mackenzie looked at me confused.
   “Look at that I said pointing up at the stars.” She gazed up I could see her eyes they twinkled with the stars. “They are almost as beautiful as you.” She then moved her gaze from the star to me. She looked me in the eyes her cheeks were red and so was her nose it was cold out here. I then looked at her. My heart started to pound so loud I thought she could hear it. But she didn’t react. Then, slowly, I leaned in…

   “Huh, Ms. Little is moving. That’s weird. I just talked to her the other day when I was carrying her groceries inside. And she said that she loved this house.” I said to myself. I then walked up to my large front door. I lived in a two story house. It had white siding and a red door. It had two windows in the front and a rap around porch. I walked in and my mom was cooking dinner.
   “Hey Ry, anything new today?” my mom and I are very close sense my dad left when I was five. She knows just about everything going on in my life.
   “Yah actually, I am going to the movies tonight with Mackenzie Rayland. But never call her by her last name if she comes here. Call her by Mackenzie Lillian.”
   “That’s great sweetie pie! And why, does she not like her last name?”
   “Sort of, sorry I have to go get ready.” I said as I ran up the stairs to the bathroom. I got undressed and got in the shower. When I am really happy I sing in the shower, so I started to sing my favorite songs. When I got out of the shower I dried off and rapped the towel around my waist and went to my room. I put on some nice clothes I put on some dress pants and a nice shirt. I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I looked like I was trying way to hard. So I put some jeans on, then a long sleeve Hollister shirt. I looked at the time it was 6:45. I put on a pair of my Air Jordans. And I threw on my Hollister jacket. I ran into the bathroom to brush my teeth. I gelled my hair then grabbed a mint. I grabbed 50 dollars and ran down stairs.
   “Bye mom.” I said giving her a kiss on the cheek and running out the door.
   “Good luck sweetie, love you.” She yelled while I ran out.
   “Love you too.” I then ran to one of our rose bushes. I picked one rose off. I just about got a thousand thorns to the hand but it was worth it. I walked down the street to Mackenzie’s house. I got butterflies in my stomach for the first time in my life. I didn’t even know that this was possible but I could not help but smile. I was about to pick up the most beautiful girl in the world up. I finnaly reached her house. I knocked on the door. I waited for what seemed like forever but really was just a few seconds. I looked at the rose and tossed it in the bush. It was too much I didn’t want her thinking I was trying this hard for our first date. Then suddenly the door opened. My heart started racing and my hands started shaking.

   This whole crazy stuff started when I really started falling for Mackenzie. That was before all of our lives were completely changed. It was in eighth grade:
   Today was going to be the day. I was finnaly going to ask Mackenzie out. She is the most beautiful girl ever. She may not see it but she is perfect. She has long brown hair. That seems to fall perfect no matter what you do to it. She has golden brown eyes, that could out shine the stars. I have known her sense second grade. But I really started to like her in sixth grade. I know what your thinking we were young but sense sixth grade I knew she was the girl I was going to marry.
   I walked into algebra, second period, and I saw her. This was my chance. I finnaly built up all my courage to do it. I had to do it now or else I knew I never would.
   “Hey Mackenzie.” I finnaly chocked up. I felt like I was going to throw up but I knew I had to stay strong. The most beautiful girl was standing in front of me. And she was talking to me.
   “H-hi ryan.” She said with a smile. She seemed nervouse. Why was she nervouse? I am the one taking all my courage to just even talk to her. She looked beautiful, even in her sweat pants and a sweat shirt. She had no makeup on. And to me that was when she was the most beautiful. Ok here it goes.
   “You look beautiful today,” I said with a smile. She blushed and I couldn’t help but blush too.
   “Mackenzie, I know this may sound weird but I really, really like you. I know a beautiful girl like you would never go for a guy like me but maybe we could see a movie this tonight?” Finally I had asked the girl of my dreams out.
   “I would love too.” Yes, she said yes! This was turning out to be the best day of my life.
   “Ok ill pick you up at seven.” I gave her a wink and one last smile and walked away.
   After school I walked home with my friend best friend Kaila I have known her sense Pre-school and was basically my sister. “I finally did it Kaila.”
   “You did! Good for you Ryan! When and where are you guys going?” She immediately knew what I was talking about. I hadn’t shut up about it for a month now.
   “Tonight we are going to the movies.” We walked and talked about what I should wear and what movie I should take her to see. We stopped at McDonalds to get a burger and some ice cream. We did this every Friday. We left McDonalds and started towards our houses. Once I dropped her off at her house, she lived about two blocks away from me, I walked home. I was just about to walk into my house when I looked next door, to the house that separated me and Mackenzie’s houses; it had a “for sale” sign in the yard.

   “I don’t know but I don’t want to seem like I’m trying too hard.” I went over and started looking through.
   I ended up picking out some black leggings, with a blue sweater, a brown scarf, and brown boots. I Curled my brown long hair and pulled it back with a blue head band. I put some natural makeup on that complemented my brown eyes and made me look less tan but didn’t cover up my freckles. By the time I was done getting ready it was 6:45. I rushed around grabbing my purse and making sure I had everything. Once I had completely pulled myself together I pushed Trista out the door.
   Fifteen minutes later they were was a knock at the door. The butterflies were now back. I went and opened the door. It was Ryan he looked amazing as ever. I invited him inside.
   “You look pretty.” He said with a grin and looking me up and down. I couldn’t help but blush.
   “Thanks you too. I mean you don’t look pretty you look—“
   “It’s ok I know what you meant.” He said with a giggle. I was so embarrassed I was already blowing this. I interfused him to my mom and we left. Then we were only in eighth grade so he couldn’t drive and I couldn’t drive so we walked. It might sound crazy but it was not even a mile away. While walking there I relized I forgotten a jacket and it was freezing outside. Even with my sweater on.
   “You look freezing Kenzie!” He said taking off his jacket. He rapped it around my shoulders and put his arm around me. I almost fainted he was being so sweet. We walked and talked for about fifteen minutes until. He turned and said.
   “Kenzie look at that.” He said pointing at the stars. “ They are as beautiful as you.” I blushed again and I had no idea what to say I just gazed up into his eyes. He was just so amazing it felt like a dream. They butterflies were now back. He then looked me back in the eyes. It felt like forever the rest of the world was blocked out. It was just me and him. He then slowly started to lean in…

   “Ms. Little, is moving?” Trista asked.
   “I guess so. I was just talking to her and she was saying how much she loved living in that house. She grew up there.”
   “That’s so weird.” We walked past the house, and up to my small house. It was only me and my mom after all. It was a two story house, red bricks, and a rap around porch. We walked up the steps and I grabbed the mail. And we walked in.
   “Hi mom” Me and Trista said in unison. I have known Trista sense I was in second grade so she just calls my mom her mom.
   “Hey girls.” My mom said as we were walking up the creaky, old, wooden staircase. When we reached the top we went to the second room on the right, which was my room. My room was fairly big it had hot pink walls with different posters of different bands. It had a bed agaist the far wall I also had a flat screen TV…and my favorite part was, the window seat.
   “So what should you wear on this magical evening to the movies?” Trista asked while looking through my closet.
