chapter two (part one)
ryan's POV

This whole crazy stuff started when I really started falling for
Mackenzie. That was before all of our lives were completely
changed. It was in eighth grade:
Today was
going to be the day. I was finnaly going to ask Mackenzie out. She
is the most beautiful girl ever. She may not see it but she
is perfect. She has long brown hair. That seems to fall perfect no
matter what you do to it. She has golden brown eyes, that could out
shine the stars. I have known her sense second grade. But I really
started to like her in sixth grade. I know what your thinking we
were young but sense sixth grade I knew she was the girl I was
going to marry.
I walked
into algebra, second period, and I saw her. This was my chance. I
finnaly built up all my courage to do it. I had to do it now or
else I knew I never would.
“Hey Mackenzie.” I finnaly chocked up. I
felt like I was going to throw up but I knew I had to stay strong.
The most beautiful girl was standing in front of me. And she was
talking to me.
“H-hi ryan.” She
said with a smile. She seemed nervouse. Why was she nervouse? I am
the one taking all my courage to just even talk to her. She looked
beautiful, even in her sweat pants and a sweat shirt. She had no
makeup on. And to me that was when she was the most beautiful. Ok
here it goes.
“You look beautiful
today,” I said with a smile. She blushed and I couldn’t
help but blush too.
“Mackenzie, I know this may
sound weird but I really, really like you. I know a beautiful girl
like you would never go for a guy like me but maybe we could see a
movie this tonight?” Finally I had asked the girl of my
dreams out.
“I would love too.” Yes,
she said yes! This was turning out to be the best day of my
life.
“Ok ill pick you up at
seven.” I gave her a wink and one last smile and walked
away.
After school I walked home
with my friend best friend Kaila I have known her sense Pre-school
and was basically my sister. “I finally did it
Kaila.”
“You did! Good for
you Ryan! When and where are you guys going?” She immediately
knew what I was talking about. I hadn’t shut up about it for
a month now.
“Tonight we are going to
the movies.” We walked and talked about what I should wear
and what movie I should take her to see. We stopped at McDonalds to
get a burger and some ice cream. We did this every Friday. We left
McDonalds and started towards our houses. Once I dropped her off at
her house, she lived about two blocks away from me, I walked home.
I was just about to walk into my house when I looked next door, to
the house that separated me and Mackenzie’s houses; it had a
“for sale” sign in the yard.
