i think she's faking. but i dont know where people came up with "breast cancer". in her quotes, i didnt see anything about it being a specific kind of cancer (suspicious...)

honestly, i HOPE she's faking. because if she is. then what she did was wrong, but at least she isnt dead/dying. i think all of this kaylee marie talk needs to stop. people need to let things go.. its not like this really affects their lives. :/

idk.
most of the evidence that people have found, its most likely that shes faking it. but then again nobody can ever know for sure. if you go to kayleemarie3's profile and view one of her quotes, there are many comments about how she is faking and alot of good evidence to prove it.
