i used to
hate
those
stupid girls who threw away
those three little
words on any high school relationship
those stupid girls who gave
everything to guys they'd been dating a day
an hour a
minute
those stupid girls who sold their hearts
& bodies to pretty-eyed boys and false promises
but then i
realized
those girls were braver than me because they were willing to
risk it all,
to put everything on the line for one small
chance :
they stood up & hoped to fly, knowing they could just as
easily fall
maybe those girls aren't so stupid after all. so here
goes.
