Talk to your parents about it, say you understand they don't like him but you want a chance to live your life the way you want to and you hope they can be supportive of your decisions, even if they don't agree

Good luck honey, it's hard when your parents don't like him... but it's not impossible

Well if it were me I would ask my parents to chose if I can date them or not. And in that moment you will find out whether or not your parents care about your happiness not theirs. And if your bf cares and respects your families opinion and choice. But that is just who I am.
