There's so many things wrong with this, it's actually really sad. But I'm just going to point out that the legal level of intoxication is .08, not .8. He was .06 over the legal limit. He could have killed someone. He could have killed a lot of people. There's nothing you or any other "biebler" can say to justify his actions. Get over it.

Plus he should be arrested on underage drinking. He has a few more years until drinking at all is legal. And yes, he was. It was recorded for effs sake.
