Not really. Even by telling others, you're actually making a big difference. Because of what you post, others will be kinder to those they normally tease and bully (hopefully).

Do you have a talent? Something you're good at? Something that you enjoy doing and that makes you forget everything else? Because it's good to have a hobby like that. It'll do you wonders, I can promise you.

Oh, I have a friend who is soooo good at art but she thinks she's not! It's such a tragedy, because it's such an awesome talent! If you want to, maybe you could show a drawing of yours to someone you know and trust, to ask their opinion on it. Or, alternatively, you may decide yourself if you like/enjoy doing it or not. The point is, if you find something you love, your scars, both literal and metaphorical, will slowly fade and be replaced with something else. I'm not an expert in the human heart or anything, and I don't claim to know anything that others don't, but if none of this works, then hopefully just talking to someone about it has made you feel better. And if it means anything, I think you're one of the bravest people I know, who can go through something painful, but still have the courage to tell people about it.

Thank you, that really means a lot, honestly i don't think anything will make the scars fade because each day i go through the same thing and the fact is that people keep looking at my scars and i feel so uncomfortable i just cant bear it anymore i just cant stay strong anymore everything is breaking up, i mean no one cares what i feel and how i am going through life at this moment but they ask if i'm OK but they don't really care you know!!
i just honestly cant keep this going on...

How strong are you, my friend? How patient? How wise? Trust me, when you're going through something, you'll feel that no one could ever feel the pain you're feeling. But remember this: other people have gone through much worse. And survived. So be brave, my friend. Be silent and strong, and no one will harm you. Don't let yourself be defeated by your own emotions! You're much stronger than that, I know you are! So keep on fighting, and let nothing drag you down. Try being extra kind to the people around you, and they'll be in awe of you.
