technically they are.
bipolar can mean other things than just bipolar disorder.
panic attacks arent a mental disorder. that would be called panic disorder. regardless panic attack is a noun. not a adjective. with that being said you can havea panic attack without having a mental disorder
psycho isnt really in relation to a disroder. its just to describe someone who is crazy
using the word retarded is a medical adjective to refer to someone who is delayed
you can have OCD tendencies without having OCD which is what people describe the way theyre acting
insomnia isnt a mental disorder.
