I can understand that its scary, but really if you want any sort of help with it (even if it's to just find out that you don't) you can't do it alone and you need your mom to know about how you feel and to help you get that checked out

My parent's got divorced around my birthday time when I was in 6th grade. I have been very upset ever since. Grades dropped, turned anti-social, and got bullied more. I rarely tell anyone so if my parent's find out, they will think it's all their fault.

well, since it was that event that caused it all to happen, maybe it is their fault. just like all people, we make mistakes and so do they. If that caused such distress, maybe they'll learn better on how to act about the divorce (maybe if it's a messy one and still is) and what not to do (like if they talked bad about the other around you).. We all have the right to know what our actions did, and they'd really want to know how you feel, and they'd be more worried & it'd be harder if they found out the hard way instead of from you
I dont know if this made sense, but yeah hope it at least made you think about this stuff
