I  just got home from a 2 week horse back riding camp :D on the last day we were supposed to put on a horse show for out parents. One of my friends at camp was riding a tall horse for the show. I was supposed to ride that horse but i decided i wanted to ride a smaller horse for the show at the last minute. She was supposed to do a rouitne with the horse for the show: trot around the ring once then canter over some jumps. She just started cantering when she lost control of the horse and the horse almost ran into the metal fence, but at the last minute the horse bucked and she flew off the horse and hit her head on the metal fence and landed on her wrist. she was wearing a helmet so she didn't die, but she broke her wrist and she almost died... what if the helmet didn't fit her and fell off when she got bucked off? she would have died! i was using a helmet that was too big for me.... i would've been riding that horse and gotten bucked off and probley would've died if i didn't change my mind...
