Hey, sorry to hear about this. It must be so hard for you, and trust me, I understand. Maybe cause she is your cousin, your probably really close, so just talk to her calmly and don't go dramatic or something. Just try to make her happy and do stuff she would like to do, and I don't know why July is such a bad month for her but I hope everything goes good. :)
