You know what? This is it. I'm done feeling sorry for myself. I'm done with not being able to buy that shirt because they don't have it in my size. I'm done with the morning promises that I won't eat unhealthy and then the late night binges that make me feel bad. I'm done with being the 'ugly friend.' I'm done telling myself I'm not good enough. I'm done with making excuses for not exercising. I'm going to do this. All of it. I'm going to do the strict diet. I'm going to do the intense exercise. I'm going to do the morning runs and late night jogs. I'm going to do it for everyone who thought I couldn't. I'm going to do it for the guys who wouldn't look at me twice. But most of all, I'm going to do it for me.
