You're not a bad person at all. Sometimes you meet someone and you share a connection and you realize you want it to go somewhere, and that's no one's fault. If you like each other and want to try it, he needs to have a talk with his girlfriend before anything else happens. It isn't fair to her if he stays with her when he has feelings for someone else. She's going to be hurt, but she'll eventually move on and be happy, just as you two will be together.

You're not a bad person for liking him. Not at all, and it started off innocently and you weren't intending on "Stealing him." You didn't even steal him. So, no, you're not a bad person, and don't let anyone make you feel as if you are.
