Don't point out someone's flaws. It makes it worse on the person.
As if they haven't already noticed they're there. People tend to
look at themselves and evaluate what they need to fix or add or
lose. When someone points the flaws out, it just adds self-hate
and insecurity to the picture. They don't need that on their
shoulders. People have enough to deal with without trying to keep
up their moral. Don't ruin someone by pointing out the negative.
Help bring others up by complementing the positive.
