My gawd. I REALLY hate Easter.
Not all the business with Jesus and God, respect to them.
But all the friggin CANDY.
Easter comes:
BOOM. SO MUCH CANDY IN MY STOMACH .
Take shower.
Getting dressed.
Notice stomach in mirror.
Remember the candy.
Immediately I become disgusted with myself.
Looking closer at myself, I see the little scars on my waist
realizing that making more cant rid me of the weight Id clearly just gained from the easter chocolate.
Finally i turn away from the mirror.
Today is the third day I havent eaten.
I hate easter.
I hate food.
I hate that I do this to myself.

Alyssa! No! Eat! I will shove food down your throat! Don't do this. You know how much food I've eaten on this trip? A lot! We all went the the gym last night and burned all the fat off. Please.

I just feel like I can't eat until I've gotten rid of everything. Just one more day and ill go back to normal... Hopefully. :(

YOU CAN'T LECTURE ME ABOUT NOT EATING, MISSY. And I scare myself... I hate that I do this but... I just don't think I can help it. I psych myself out of eating, thinking that the smallest amount of food could give me alot of weight...

I can lecture you because I know what it's like and how bad it can get. Don't do this V. You should have seen the amount of junk food we all ate this week. We're fine.

B---H YOU FRIGGIN CUT OVER THIS AND I'LL FREAKIN MURDER YOU AND DANCE ON YOUR GRAVE, and I DO WORK OUT! HOW DO YOU THINK I HAE MY ROCK HARD YET STILL FEMININE ABS??!?!?!? I WORK HARD TO STAY AT THE WEIGHT I AM, AND STARVING MYSELF IS PART IF THE PROCESS. I starve for a few days, then extreme workout. Tomorrow is work out day.

IM NOT GOING TO CUT. I'm not that stupid. How about you just work out all the time. Not starving. It scares me. You have no idea how terrified I am right now. You don't need to starve yourself. You're perfect the way you are.

Obviously you have flaws. I didn't say you are perfect the term means they way you are is amazing and you shouldn't change. The cutting an starving can he changed. You can be a sometimes but you usually apologize somehow. To me you're amazing.

You need to eat! If you want to lose weight or get in shape just start exercising more and eating healthier. I started exercising a lot more recently and going for runs because it's finally warm enough and I've already lost 3 pounds. You can do it! But you need food. Just start eating a bit more healthy, have fruit or something instead of chips or candy sometimes. And you could reward yourself with a little junk food on Fridays or something. You need to eat something, 3 days is too long without food. Please eat, you can lose weight and get in shape while eating still. Stay strong<3

First of all thanks for your concern and I don't even know you and that is really sweet. Second, I really try sometimes. I mean I don't think I'm fat at ALL but whenever I 'pig out' I get really scared and nervous and immediately think that I put on a whole lot of weight... So, I don't eat to get rid of it. That's how I stay at the weight I am. I work out. Alot. And eat little so whenever I eat a lot I start to kinda freak out... :'/ But I'm touched that you cared enough to comment and thanks for trying to help:)
