Uhmmmm. Okay. So you're trying to lose weight right? Before and after every meal, drink a glass of water. Water makes you feel full so you wont need much food to fill you. Keep in mind that not eating at all, can make you gain wieght. Exercise. Dont over exercise though. Stay away from sugary junk food. Eat stuff like grains, meats, and a few dairy products. You should eat three times a day. Even if its just a small bowl of cereal jn the morning, or a sammich for lunch, just to hold you of until dinner. Thats all i got. Good luck.

I don't know how to get over an eating disorder because I never had one, but you have to eat to stay alive so eat your main three meals a day, and healthy snacks (like carrots instead of chips)
And before your meals you can drink one bottle of water so you will get fuller faster and water has no calories so you'll stay healthy.
And exercise! You should go for runs and start working out (:

Talk to your mom, or dad, or aunt or just someone you trust. Tell them what's going on. Eating disorders are hard to overcome by yourself, and you're gonna need the support from people around you.
